Typical Practice • Arrive (dressed) and rig 15 min • Help your team get ready • Chalk talk 5 min • Launch 10 min • No one goes past fishing pier until all boats are in channel • Warm up – usually 10 tacks, 10 gybes 10 min • Pay attention to where the coach and group are • Run through drills and skills 80 min • Head in and Derig 20 min • Debrief and answer questions 10 min 2.5 hrs total
