                            •    Grew up in Hillsborough and Foster City California.
                            •    Played #1 Singles for Fresno State in 1982 and 1983. Was all-conference player and went
                                 24 – 10 in 1983.
                            •    Received his first ATP points by qualifying for a $50,000 challenger event in Nigeria in 1984.
                            •    Player of the year in the Men’s 30’s USTA Norcal in 1990.
                            •    His USTA Copper River Team reached the finals of the Men’s 5.0 Nationals in New York in

                            also played just about any other sport that involved a ball, and in college he discovered a new one:
                            Lacrosse. After a bit of Open tennis after college, he spent the better part of 3 decades doing
                            other things. Having returned to competitive tennis in the past few years, he is enjoying the effort
                            to re-build his form along with a good competitive mindset, and making real the promise of the
                            tennis as a truly enjoyable sport of a lifetime.

    age division anywhere from first round loser to semi-finalist over the years.
•   USPTA head pro at Boundary Oaks Racquet Oaks Club, Walnut Creek. I found the land and built it with Len Saputo in
    1971. Later called Club Sport.

                           •    Began playing tennis again in mid to late 40’s, and with Russ Garber was able to obtain the #1
