Silver Stars VLT Tournament & Drawings – Official Rules
Promotional Period
1. Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course will host a “Silver Stars VLT Tournament
and Drawings” promotion on Wednesdays in May, beginning Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at
12:00pm and concluding Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at 4:00pm.
2. A total of twenty (20) winners will be awarded per promotional date. There will be one
hundred (100) winners total. In the event that there are unclaimed prizes, this number of
winners could vary.
3. Tournament and drawing dates are as follows:
• Wednesday, May 1, 2019
• Wednesday, May 8, 2019
• Wednesday, May 15, 2019
• Wednesday, May 22, 2019
• Wednesday, May 29, 2019
4. All times referred to throughout these rules are Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Eligibility
1. Must be a member of the Marquee Rewards® club.
2. Must be 21 years of age or older to obtain a Marquee Rewards card.
3. Daily tournament and drawing participation is open to all Marquee Rewards Members
aged 55 or older that have an active account and qualified at the time of the initial setup
of the promotion. Management reserves the right to add guests to the tournament who
were not included in the initial setup.
4. No purchase necessary to receive a Marquee Rewards® card.
5. A valid government issued photo ID is required to verify age and identity.
Earning Entries
1. The first drawing of the month, at 12:00pm on Wednesday, May 1st, will be carried out as a
hot seat promotion. Guests 55 and older will have an opportunity to win $100 Free VLT Play
by inserting their Marquee Rewards Card into any VLT machine at the time of the drawing.
2. During each of the proceeding Silver Stars Drawings over the course of the month, the
entries earned from the Marketing kiosk for the VLT Tournament will be used as the entries
for the drawings.
3. Members receive one (1) free entry every Wednesday, May 1, 8, 15, 22 & 29, 2019 by
swiping at a Marketing Kiosk starting at 1pm. This entry will be turned in for the tournament
as well as dropped in the drawing drum for the remaining drawings in the month.
4. Participants may also earn additional drawing entries. Guests can receive one (1) entry for
every fifty (50) tier points ($250 coin-in) earned between 5:00am to 3:59 pm on Wednesday,

May 1, 8, 15, 22 & 29. A maximum of three (3) additional entries can be earned, meaning a
maximum of four (4) entries per guest will be considered for prize distribution.
5. Entries can only be earned for this promotion on Wednesdays, May 1, 8, 15 & 22, 2019 from
12:00 am to 11:59 pm and Wednesday, May 29, 2019 from 12:00 am to 3:59pm.
6. Qualifying Marquee Rewards members can win a maximum of one (1) time per drawing
date.
7. Entries will accumulate during the entire promotional period.
8. Winners must be present to claim their prize.
Drawings
1. Five (5) names will be randomly selected at the 12:00pm pre-tournament drawing as well as
the 4:00pm post-tournament drawing.

2. Winners must have valid photo ID to claim prize.
3. All drawings will be held at the H-Lounge promotional area.
4. Winners’ names and Marquee Rewards numbers will be announced via the facility paging
system. Information will also be displayed on select video screens throughout the property.
5. Winners must be present to win and have five (5) minutes to claim their prize from the H-
Lounge promotional area.
6. Replacement winners will be selected up to two (2) times. After the final attempt, all
unclaimed prizes will be forfeited from the prize pool.
7. Free VLT Play will be credited to each winner’s Marquee Rewards account within one (1)
hour of being awarded. Winners can simply insert their Marquee Rewards card into any VLT
machine and enter their PIN to download Free VLT Play prizes.
8. Free VLT Play credits will be valid for thirty (30) days and expire at 11:59 pm on the final valid
date.
9. In the event of an unforeseen system outage or network problem, Free VLT Play credits will
be added to each winner’s Marquee Rewards account within twenty-four (24) hours of
being awarded.
10. Free VLT Play may be downloaded in partial increments as playable credits on any VLT
machine. Once downloaded, unused credits will expire within seventy-two (72) hours.
11. Free VLT Play prizes are not subject to any federal, state, and local taxes.

Tournament Play Eligibility, Rules of Play and Determination of Daily Winners
1. On Wednesdays in May, a roped-off tournament will take place from 1:00pm-3:00pm.
2. Eligible participants may only win one (1) prize.
3. Invited participants will receive one (1) two (2) minute tournament round. To redeem this
round, each eligible guest will be required to swipe at the kiosk to receive a ticket which will
then be taken to the promotions desk located in the H-Lounge promotional area to
redeem their round.
4. At the conclusion of the tournament round, the VLT will lock. This will indicate that the
guest’s round has ended.
5. Participants may also earn additional tournament rounds to beat their score. Guests can
receive one (1) two (2) minute tournament round for every fifty (50) tier points ($250 coin-in)
earned between 5:00am to 2:59 pm on Wednesday, May 1, 8, 15, 22, & 29. A maximum of
three (3) additional tournament rounds can be earned, meaning a maximum of four (4)
tournament scores per guest will be considered for prize distribution. Additional rounds will
be redeemed in the same fashion as the free rounds. Eligible guests will be required to
swipe at the kiosk to receive a ticket which will then be taken to the promotions desk
located in the H-Lounge promotional area to redeem their round.
6. Tournament points do not count towards member tier points and do not have any value.
7. As additional rounds of tournament play are earned and played, each participant’s best of
point score is used to determine the winners. Tournament play scores do not accumulate.
8. Members are allowed to win one (1) time during each day of the promotional period.
9. At the conclusion of each tournament date, ten (10) Members with the highest best of
points for each day will be awarded the following prizes:

10. Winners will be announced at approximately 3:30pm on each day of the promotion.
11. If there are any tied scores, the prize will be split evenly between the tied winners.
12. All winners must be present to win and will have five (5) minutes to claim their prize from the
H Lounge Promotional Area.
13. If any prizes go unclaimed, the next highest prize winner will be bumped up the list. Winners
will now have 5 minutes to claim their prize at the H-Lounge promotional area. If any prizes
go unclaimed after the second awarding of the prize, it will be forfeited from the prize pool.
14. Free VLT Play will be credited to each winner’s Marquee Rewards account within one (1)
hour of being awarded. Winners can simply insert their Marquee Rewards card into any VLT
machine and enter their PIN to download Free VLT Play prizes.
15. Free VLT Play credits will be valid for thirty (30) days and expire at 11:59 pm on the final valid
date.
16. In the event of an unforeseen system outage or network problem, Free VLT Play credits will
be added to each winner’s Marquee Rewards account within twenty-four (24) hours of
being awarded.
17. Free VLT Play may be downloaded in partial increments as playable credits on any VLT
machine. Once downloaded, unused credits will expire within seventy-two (72) hours.
18. Free VLT Play prizes are not subject to any federal, state, and local taxes.
19. In the event of an unforeseen system outage or network problem, the tournament will be
run manually by management. In this instance, guests will check in at the desk in the H-
lounge promotional area upon reaching two-hundred fifty (250) tier points ($250 coin-in).
20. In the event of a kiosk or technical malfunction/outage, Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning
Valley Race Course reserves the right to temporarily discontinue the promotion until a
reasonable solution has been determined and implemented. Any games or prizes being
played or awarded at the time of the malfunction will be honored and resolved within
twenty-four (24) hours. Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course is not
responsible for games not played due to the malfunction/outage and during the
malfunction/outage period, as well as any subsequent prizes from those games. Prizes not
redeemed during the malfunction period will be reviewed and awarded on a case-by-
case basis at management’s discretion.
General Rules
1. Participants agree to the use of his or her first name, city & state and photograph for
advertising and promotional purposes without charge or additional compensation.

2. Persons on the Hollywood Mahoning Exclusion List are not eligible to participate in any
promotional programs.
3. Employees of Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course, its subsidiaries, affiliates,
or parent companies, and those family members who reside in the same household are not
eligible to participate in this promotion.
4. Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course is not responsible for lost or stolen
cards, cash, coupons, or lost/misdirected mail.
5. Program benefits are not transferable between patrons. Determination will be made at the
sole discretion of Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course.
6. Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course may disqualify any person based
upon fraud, dishonesty, and violation of program rules or other misconduct.
7. Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course reserves the right to refuse
complimentary redemptions if it is determined that the true cardholder is not present or that
coupons or a complimentary reward has been changed, altered or tampered with in any
way.
8. Use of the Marquee Rewards card indicates acceptance of these Official Rules.
9. Any dispute or situation not covered by the above rules will be resolved by Management in
a manner deemed by them to be the fairest outcome for all concerned. That decision shall
be final and binding. In addition, Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course
reserves the right to change, modify or cancel this program at any time.
10. Any change or cancellation of the program must be approved by the Ohio Lottery
Commission prior to the change or cancellation.
11. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, title and licensing
fees.
