Our programs integrate body-based practices, such as dance and yoga,
     with the community practice of storytelling.

                                                     Current research in the field of social neurobiology teaches us that our brains are social
                                                     organs. Our capacity to think, learn, and grow is directly affected by our relationships to
                                                       others. We have access to our full cognitive ability only when we feel seen, heard, and

Our Artistic Research Program, facilitated by women of color + allies, uses dance and movement to invite bodies of all colors, abilities and genders to learn about
meaningful communication, compassionate listening, boundaries, consent, joy and much more. It is developed out of the desire to end violence against all beings and
to build safe, sustainable and diverse communities. We offer this body-centered art education and awareness to institutions and organizations and
