Race location, tracks
All information about the races you can find on the Official notice board at the arena. The
tracks are closed for preparation Thursday, Friday and Saturday 21:00-07:00.

Opening hours. XC Race office is located in the arena, see attached map.

Bibs
Cross Country
Bibs will be handed out at the XC Race office when entry fee is payed. Bib not returned
will be charged 80 EUR the athlete’s organization.

Ski Jumping
Bibs for the ski jumping competition and Nordic combined – ski jumping event will be
handed out at the bottom of the judges tower one hour before the start of the trial
round.

Bibs for the Nordic combined – cross country event will be handed out at the cross-
country race office. Transponders for the cross-country event will be handed out at the
XC Race office.

Transponder
Cross Country and Nordic Combined
Transponders will be handed out at the XC Race Office. Equipment to test the
transponders will be available at XC Race Office. Transponder not returned will be
charged 80 EUR to the athlete’s organization.

Cancellations
Cancellations of athletes shall be announced at the team captains meeting the day before
race.

TCM - Team captains meeting
Cross Country
Team captains meeting is performed at the Lugnetgymnasium, see attached map.

Ski Jumping
The team captains meeting will be held Friday at 15:00 at the office of the Swedish Ski
Federation, by the cross-country arena. Room – Guld.

Official notice board

Information about the races will be on the Official notice board outside the XC Race
office and Race web site.

Waxing facilities
Cross Country
Information concerning waxing cabins, parking lost etc is available at XC Race office.
Key to a wax cabin can be picked up at XC Race office at times as below and will be
handed over after a deposition of 500 SEK or 50 EUR. For more information contact

Wednesday              kl 18:00
Thursday               kl 08:00, 12:00 and 18:00.

Ski Jumping
There will be waxing areas at the ski jumping towers.

Beverages, extra clothes
Beverages is served in the finish area. The athlete’s organisation is responsible for
transporting extra clothes from start- to finish area.

Prize giving ceremony
Prize giving ceremony for NJC is performed at the Banquet, First Grand Hotel on
Saturday evening. Final Prize giving ceremony and Closing ceremony is performed in the
finish area at the stadium on Sunday approx. 13:00.

Medical service
We have a medical doctor and a nurse stationed at XC Race office during the races. They
can be contacted via telephone or via staff.

Shower, dressing room
Cross Country
Shower, dressing room are available at the Lugnet Sporthall.

Ski Jumping
There will be changing facilities for men in the tower. For women there will be changing
facilities in a separate building outside the tower of the HS100. Shower, dressing room
are also available at the Lugnet Sporthall.

Parking
Cross Country
Parking is available free of charge, see enclosed map. Access to the waxing area is only
permitted for loading/unloading.

Ski Jumping
Parking is at the top of the ski jumping hills.

Food at the arena
We offer a comprehensive lunch at the arena that has to be pre-ordered the latest on the
22nd of January.

The lunch is served in the Ski Museum at the arena to athletes, team members etc. on
Friday and Saturday 11:00-15:30 and on Sunday 11.00-14:30. The price is 8
EUR/person.

Pre-ordered lunch needs to be paid latest January 22th, 2020 to:

and “Lunch”). Pre-ordered lunch can also be paid at the XC Race office when tickets are
fetched.

In addition, there will be hotdogs, snacks and beverage for sale at the arena on
competition days.
