2018 — YEAR OF PRAYER
2018 has been designated as the Year of Prayer. 40.Day Prayer, Day of His Power and PraySingapore
are 3 key events where maximum participation is encouraged for all BBTCians.
40.DAY PRAYER
Having anchored as one of the centres in the east for the Solemn Assemblies in the first 7 days of
the 40.Day Prayer season, BBTC is keeping the fire of intercession burning as various tribes anchor
the worship and intercession till August 7. You can join us daily from 8pm to 9.30pm regardless of
which tribe you belong to. The sessions are held at the Sanctuary (Level 3) on Saturdays and at the
Chapel (Level 2) on other days of the week.

Hearts are yearning for God and for a historic outpouring of the Holy Spirit — Singapore saturated
with the presence of God. Every heart. Every home. Every church. Every school. Every workplace.
A unity movement loving Singapore Godwards. An Antioch momentum spreading Good News to the
ends of the earth. Every nation. Every tribe. Every tongue. Every generation!
This Day of His Power, let us pursue the heart of God our Father together. Come with family and
friends from diverse church streams and from all walks of life. We join the psalmist in declaring:
Your people will be willing in the day of Your power (Psalm 110:3).

5ANNOUNCEMENTS GROWING DISCIPLES’ TRACK (GDT) The GDT is about developing our spiritual life intentionally and systematically. The Discipleship Training Course (DTC 2 and 3) is a core curriculum of this track. Each course runs weekly for 12 sessions. As the DTC programme is progressive, one must have finished an earlier course before proceeding to another – for example, those intending to attend DTC 2 should have completed DTC 1. A group of students from ITE College East are participating in the Citi-YMCA Youth For Causes Project
this year. As a part of their project, they are organising a charity movie gala to raise funds for Bethesda
Care Services.

About Citi-YMCA Youth For Causes Project
Citi-YMCA Youth For Causes (YFC) is a community initiative started by Citi and the YMCA of Singapore
in 2003. Funded by Citi Foundation, the programme is a catalyst to promote social entrepreneurship
and community leadership development among Singapore youths. Youth workers from Bethesda Care
Services are mentoring some ITE College East students participating in this YFC project.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER - Pastor Timothy Tee pioneered the Heart4God Ministries with the vision of
partnering with churches to establish their own healing and evangelism ministries. He was a Pastor of
Lighthouse Evangelism for more than 8 years (2001 to 2008) and since 2009 has been conducting healing
services with various churches. Many have been saved, healed and delivered through his ministry.
