Venue
Congratulations on your engagement and we
are pleased you have considered us for your
special day.
Our golf club is situated in beautiful grounds
and our recently renovated clubhouse is the
ideal backdrop to celebrate your special day.
Our Venue can hold up to 100 for a formal
sit down wedding breakfast and 120 for an
evening party.
Venue Hire
Full Day: £250.00
Evening Hire: £150.00 (From 6pm)
Please note * Room Hire has to be paid in
full to secure the date
Room hire is non refundable

planner who will support you from the start
Wedding till the end of your wedding day. Nothing is
too much to ask, we want to make your day

Sarah could not do enough. She completely relaxed my wife and
daughter with her calm, professional approach. Nothing was too
much trouble, maybe it's just me, but I felt she and her girls went

The golf club hosted our wedding party and we are so happy we
chose this venue. The room was beautifully decorated. We had
amazing photos taken on the grounds.
I was so surprised with the buffet, we chose the 'basic buffet'
option which I feel is completely undersold by definition. The food
was lovely! The whole party commented on how nice the buffet

o Evening Disco £275Wedding Terms and Conditions • The Room hire must be paid in full and is NON REFUNDABLE. This secures your date and your wedding. • The Catering deposit of £500 is due 6 months before the date of the wedding. If wedding is sooner than six months from date of booking then must be paid on date of booking. The deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. • Full balance due 14 days before the wedding. • All numbers, choices, dietary requirements and final balance is due 14 days before the wedding. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER THIS POINT. • Any additional charges on the day must be settled before departure. • We do not allow any equipment or decorations brought in by the hirer. • The hirer is responsible for any loss or damage caused during the hire of the venue • The club is not responsible for any loss or damage personal belongings brought onto the premises • The club is not responsbile for ‘failure to provide facilities contracted for’ that is out of our control. (*it is recommended you consider cancellation insurance for your wedding) • Only food, drink and alcohol purchased from the golf club is permitted at the venue. Any one caught doing so will be escorted from the venue and the event will end. • The bar closes at 12 midnight Cancelation Policy (*Please note all deposits are non refundable) You must contact your wedding planner to arrange a cancellation, you must then give cancellation in writing. ❖ Within 12 months Notice: No charge ❖ Within 6 months Notice: 50% Charge of full balance ❖ Within 3 months Notice: Full Balance is due.
