Membership Goals
• Told Rotary International that we will have a net increase over last year.
• Told District that our B3 Goal for Membership is to increase women
  under 40 by 5 new members.
• Asked Membership Committee:
   • Who is not in the room?
      • Greater business diversity
      • Greater racial/ethnic diversity
   • How do we inspire and engage members?
