2021-2022 FACT SHEET
Founded in 1848 by the Brothers of the Christian Schools, La Salle Academy is a
Catholic college-preparatory high school for young men located in Manhattan’s East Village.
We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, nationality, ethnic origin, creed,
or sexual orientation. Our small size enables us to know each student as an individual.
In addition to our rigorous academic program and co-curricular opportunities,
we emphasize respect, responsibility, leadership and service.
