4“ADVNC HAS GIVEN MY SON SUPERB
COACHING ALONG WITH THE OPPORTUNITY
TO ATTEND ELITE EVENTS WHERE HIS
SKILLS AND ABILITIES COULD BE SEEN BY
MANY DIFFERENT LACROSSE COACHES,
ALLOWING HIM TO FIND THE COLLEGE
PROGRAM WITH THE BEST FIT. I THINK
MOST IMPORTANTLY, BY PLAYING FOR
ADVNC, HE HAS DEVELOPED WONDERFUL
FRIENDSHIPS WITH BOTH COACHES AND
PLAYERS, MANY OF WHICH WILL
PROBABLY LAST A LIFETIME.”
Kristin Goller, Mother of Bennett (Marin Catholic) Committed to play at Colby College
5ADVNC YOUTH PROGRAM (10U)
Everyone starts out in lacrosse learning the basics - how to throw and catch,
how to pick up a ground ball, how to be a good teammate and how to be
coached.
In the ADVNC Youth Program we build on this foundation and work to instill and
develop a love of lacrosse that will last a lifetime.
• Practices: approximately 45-50 hours through the year and are scheduled to
avoid conflicts with other sports and local rec teams.
• Tournaments: 2 tournaments in the fall/winter and 3 tournaments in the
summer, all at the local and regional level.
6“AT MY FIRST ADVNC PRACTICE, I DIDN'T
KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT. IT WAS SO PHYSICAL
AND FAST PACED. BUT THEN I SAW THE TIGHT
CAMARADERIE BETWEEN ALL THE KIDS ON
THE TEAM, AND I KNEW I WAS IN THE RIGHT
PLACE. THE GREAT THING ABOUT ADVNC IS
HOW COMPETITIVE OUR TEAM IS. WE WENT TO
2 STRAIGHT FINALS AT NAPTOWN AND WE
CAN BALL WITH ANYONE IN THE NATION. EVEN
THOUGH GUYS ON THE TEAM GO TO DIFFERENT
HIGH SCHOOLS, WE ALL GET ALONG GREAT.”
Garrett Hawthorne, St. Ignatius, Committed to play at Middlebury College
7ADVNC MIDDLE SCHOOL PROGRAM (12U & 14U)
Middle School lacrosse is a time of increased excitement and intensity, yet it is
filled with the same intentional focus on player development and guidance.
In the ADVNC Middle School Program, we build on the foundations of hard work
and a love for the game and increase the focus on developing athletes into
becoming great lacrosse players and teammates.
• Practices: approximately 45-50 hours through the year and are scheduled to
avoid conflicts with other sports and local rec teams.
• Tournaments: 2 to 3 tournaments in the fall/winter and 3 tournaments in the
summer, all at the regional level, with travel to neighboring states in the
summer. All tournaments are aimed at playing elite level competition.
“JOINING ADVNC FROM MY PREVIOUS CLUB TEAM WAS A HUGE CHANGE
FOR ME. I WANTED TO PLAY WITH THE BEST KIDS AND PLAY FOR
COACHES WHO CARED ABOUT WINNING AND CARED ABOUT ME AS A
PLAYER. IT WAS A DIFFERENT KIND OF ENERGY WITH ADVNC. THE FIRST
COUPLE OF PRACTICES WERE CRAZY ENERGY AND CRAZY PHYSICAL. IT
FELT LIKE PRACTICES SHOULD FEEL. I KNEW THEN, THIS WAS WHERE I
WANTED TO BE. THESE GUYS WERE ON MY SAME LEVEL.”
Henry Niehaus, St. Ignatius, Committed to play at Brown University
8“ADVNC FEELS LIKE A FAMILY. COVID
HIGHLIGHTED THAT FOR US. EVERYONE
WAS ISOLATED FOR SO LONG. WHEN WE
WERE FINALLY ABLE TO HIT SOME
TOURNAMENTS LAST SUMMER WITH THE
SAME PEOPLE AS BEFORE, IT WAS GREAT.
JUST AN INCREDIBLE COMMUNITY.”
Michele Sloat, Mother of Max (Sacred Heart Prep) Committed to play at Duke University
9ADVNC HIGH SCHOOL PROGRAM
The ADVNC High School lacrosse experience is focused on pushing players to their
highest possible potential while leveraging their desire to play lacrosse in college
with a focused college search. For these players, ADVNC provides college recruit-
ing guidance, advice, introductions and recommendations all focused on helping
each player achieve their dream of finding the best college for them.
In the ADVNC High School Program, the foundations of hard work and a love for
lacrosse remain, while the focus on athletic and lacrosse specific development
increases.
• Practices: approximately 45-50 hours through the year and are scheduled to avoid
conflicts with other sports and High School Teams.
• Tournaments: 2 to 3 tournaments in the fall/winter & 3 tournaments in the summer
are at the regional and national level. All tournaments are aimed at playing elite
level competition.
“I WOULDN’T BE ANYWHERE WITHOUT ADVNC. I SAY THAT CONFIDENTLY.
ADVNC WAS THE TEAM THAT MADE ME FALL IN LOVE WITH LACROSSE.
IF IT HADN’T BEEN FOR THOSE KIDS AND THOSE COACHES … ALL THE
COACHES I’VE HAD WITH ADVNC, I JUST LOVE THEM. IT’S SUCH A FUN
AND CLOSE ENVIRONMENT. MY ADVNC TEAMMATES ARE MY BEST
FRIENDS.”
Max Sloat, Sacred Heart Prep, Committed to play at Duke University
10“I CAME TO ADVNC RELATIVELY LATE,
ADVNC PRACTICES AND GAMES WERE
MUCH FASTER PACED THAN WHAT I WAS
USED TO. THE STICK SKILLS WERE WAY
BETTER. I RELIED ON BOTH THE ADVNC
COACHES AND MY TEAMMATES TO GROW
AS A PLAYER. THEY HELPED ME A LOT, IN
EVERY SINGLE ASPECT OF MY GAME.”
Caleb Torres, The Kent School, Committed to play at St Lawrence University

12“IF IT WASN'T FOR CHRIS ROTELLI (ADVNC
FOUNDER & CEO) AND ALL THE ADVNC
COACHES, I FEEL MY SON’S LACROSSE
LIFE WOULD BE IMMENSELY DIMINISHED.
THE NUMEROUS EXPERIENCES AND
OPPORTUNITIES THAT ADVNC LACROSSE
HAS PROVIDED MY SON HAVE SHAPED HIM
AS A YOUNG MAN. HE HAS LEARNED SO
MANY LIFE LESSONS FROM HIS COACHES,
FELLOW TEAMMATES &THEIR FAMILIES.”
Roy Torres, Father of Caleb (The Kent School), Committed to play at St Lawrence University
