2019 SHOW REPORT & STATISTICS

• The Internet of Things expo was co-organised by India Trade
  Promotion Organisation (ITPO), the premier trade promotion
  agency of the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, and the Exhibitions
  India Group from 29 – 31 January 2019 and was inaugurated by
  Shri Suresh Prabhu, Union Minister for Commerce & Industry.
• The 2019 edition of Internet of Things India expo, co-organised
  with the 27th Convergence India expo, attracted 5,373 IoT-
  specific visitors across 3 days, who came to explore and
  interact with 95 exhibiting participants from 16 countries.
• The event brought together an impressive line-up of top-level
  government representatives, leaders of the industry - from
  large corporates to young tech start-ups, from emerging and
  developed markets – along with high-level entrepreneurs,
  accelerators, incubators and academia.
• The event also featured conferences that attracted many
  prominent names in the industry such as Google, PTC,
  Infogain, Airtel, Dell and IBM.
• Presentations were given on subjects such as ‘Digital
  India – ‘Connecting the Unconnected’; ‘IoT empowering
  Smart Cities Infrastructure’; ‘Industry 4.0: Innovation
  through Digital Collaboration’, etc. on verticals like artificial
  intelligence, augmented/ virtual reality, blockchain, robotics,
  healthcare,smart cities and much more.
