NEOMA Business School Housing Service
Through its housing service, your school has set up a platform, edited by Studapart,
enabling you to find accommodation more easily. Numerous offers from private owners,
student residences and real estate agencies around the campus, are grouped on your
school’s housing platform and updated daily.
Students can make booking requests directly on the platform with their online
rental application. They benefit from the help of a support team, availale 6 days a week to
anwer all your questions !
Each NEOMA BS student can access to offers by connecting with his school login Credentials
These login credentials are provided to each student when he joins one of
NEOMA’s programs.

The student residence "Résidium" in Reims offers studios (from 18 to 22 m2) and T2
(from 28 to 36 m2). Furnished and fully equipped apartments: equipped kitchenette
(hotplates, fridge, microwave oven, crockery kit, cleaning kit), trundle bed with
duvet, desk, chairs, dining table, plenty of storage, a private shower room with toilet.
Many services are INCLUDED in the rent: breakfast buffet during the week, cleaning
of the apartment twice a month, access to a laundry, a fitness room, internet, daily
presence of an on-site manager, bike garage. The charges include: cold water,
maintenance of common areas, elevator, maintenance of green spaces, stage
manager. Parking: 25 € / month. 15 minutes walk from the city center. Many bus
lines nearby.

accommodation comes with a flat-screen TV. The kitchenette is equipped
