Our university hospital group, a major player in clinical research and innovation, offers a range
of excellent care:
• More than 190 clinical and medico-technical services cover all the health needs of the
population at every stage of life: women’s and new-born health, childhood diseases
heart and blood vessel diseases, pulmonology, digestive disease and oncology, nutrition,
transplants, endocrinology, immunities, inflammations, cancers, neuro-locomotor, disabilities,
neurosciences, orthopaedics, psychiatry and addiction, resuscitation, geriatrics...
• 6 adult and paediatric emergency departments receive nearly 240,000 patients each year.
• 2 level 3 maternities with gynaecological emergencies.
• It is the headquarters of the Urgent Medical Aid Service (SAMU) for the Hauts-de-Seine
department and also operates 2 Mobile Emergency and Resuscitation Services (SMUR), one
of which is paediatric.
• A cutting-edge medical-technical platform dedicated to diagnosis and interventional medicine
completes this highly specialized care system.
• In partnership with the Universities of Paris-Saclay and Versailles-St-Quentin-en-Yvelines to
which they are attached, these seven AP-HP establishments are actively involved in the training
of medical staff.
• Four paramedical staff training institutes welcome more than 1,350 students each year.
