• Swimwear must be worn inside the Thermaespa.
• Please remember your sportswear (suitable clothing + shoes). It is obligatory inside the fitness room.
• One robe, one towel and one pair of flip-flops are provided.
• The use of personal Kessa gloves is strictly prohibited inside the spa.
• If you wish to cancel or change your appointment, please contact our hostess at least 48 hours
beforehand, failing which you will be billed in full, or the amount will be deducted from your gift
voucher.
• Bookings made less than 48 hours in advance cannot be cancelled and are payable in full.
• A telephone and credit card number will be requested for all bookings.
• Gift vouchers may not be used after the expiry date.
• In case of late arrival, please note that treatments will be shortened to respect the following
appointments.
We reserve the right to cancel appointments in case of excessively late arrival: the scheduled
treatments are payable in full.
• Please note that our massages are mixed treatments for well-being purposes; they are not intended
as medical treatments.
• The relaxation room is exclusively reserved for guests who have just finished their treatment.
• We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time.
• The maximum Thermaespa stay time is 2 consecutive hours; guests may not leave the Thermaespa
then return. Please be reminded that diving in the pools is strictly prohibited.
• Treatments cannot be modified or substituted.
• A €20 supplement per person is requested for treatments in the «duo cabin» (with the exception of
our treatment packages).
• We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your appointment.
• For pregnant women: access to the Thermaespa and spa treatments are authorized between the 3rd
and 7th months only.
• Treatments are authorized for children from 11 years upwards with parental permission.
• Thermaespa access is authorized for children from 16 years upwards accompanied by a responsible
adult.
• The establishment waives all liability for lost or stolen personal effects.
• Please respect the quiet atmosphere of the Spa.
