TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Full payment is required one calendar month in advance of the booking date, by one card or cash
payment per party. Deposits are non-refundable, and no refund will be made if bookings or part
bookings are cancelled at any time. All additional costs for drinks and wine must be settled prior to
leaving the hotel on the date of the booking. Upon receipt of your deposit a menu order form and place
cards will be sent to you if applicable. These must be returned with your final payment at least one
month before the booking date, together with any special dietary requests. Arrival and dining times
will be confirmed to you. All prices quoted include VAT at the current rate. Gratuities are at the guest’s
discretion. A 12.5% discretionary service charge may be added to your final bill. We do not allow alcohol
to be brought onto the premises. The use of aerosol novelties is prohibited. If your party is unable to
attend due to inclement weather we will offer you an alternative date within 1 month of your original
booking. If this date is unacceptable we regret that any deposits/monies paid will not be refundable. We
reserve the right to cancel any of the published party night dates if we do not have sufficient numbers,
or provide an alternative room if numbers reduce. Timings: It is imperative that events run according to
timings, specifically with regard to food service. Therefore, if the sit down time of an event is delayed by
the organiser for more than 30 minutes an additional charge of £100 will be payable, we also reserve the
right to amend the sit down time on the night if your entire party is not present, please also inform us
of any speeches or toasts prior to the event. Please note children are not allowed to attend party nights
or the New Year’s Eve Dinner. Some of our menus are samples and therefore subject to changes prior
to the event. No changes to menu choices or guest numbers will be accepted within 10 days of your
event. Any cancellations should be confirmed to your coordinator 24 hours prior and the necessary
adjustments will be made to your seating.
In the event that COVID-19 regulations change which results in your event not going ahead as planned,
the deposit remains non-refundable however will be transferred to a future date. If your numbers cannot
be fulfilled due to COVID-19 Secure Guidelines we reserve the right to move you to a more suitable
function space or split your group across more than one room, in the event that this cannot be arranged
we may ask that your numbers are reduced. The hotel reserves the right to make any changes to your
event to ensure staff and guests are adhering the most recent COVID-19 Secure Guidelines.
