INTRODUCTION

   The Great Reset is a plan of action by Davos billionaires to collapse
    our entire economic, political, and social order.
       The Great Reset is an outgrowth of Agenda 21, a United Nations
        comprehensive program ostensibly to achieve social, economic, and
        environmental sustainability.

   The Great Reset is NOT set in stone. We the People have the power
    to stop it.
   On July 9, 2021, the World Economic Forum (WEF), will co-host
    Cyber Polygon.
   Cyber Polygon 2021 is a live exercise simulation to repel a supply
    chain attack on a large corporation by some “rogue state.” Among
    the world’s banking cognoscenti, the believed, if not hoped for,
    end-result would be to crash the global financial system.
   Some speculate that such a crash, disguised as a simulation, is an
    actual elite goal so that if/when the simulation goes live, the crash
    (false flag or otherwise) would allow the installation of a digital
    social-credit system, a key foundational component for the elite’s
    new world order.

WHAT IS A SIMULATION?

 A simulation is the imitation of a real-world process or
   event.
 They are role-playing exercises such as:
      War games – military
      Drills – sports teams
      Political plotting – 2020 election (Transition Integrity Project)
      Computer stress tests – tech companies
      What-if outcomes – think tanks

 Defensive/Predictive – protect against an attack
 Offensive – rehearsal of a plan to attack

WHY STUDY SIMULATIONS

 Simulations contain clues telegraphing the elite’s
   goals and intentions.
 By reading the tea leaves, one can decipher the
   desired real-world outcomes as expressed in
   simulations.
 Simulations inform us who the organizers and
   participants are, as well as enable the authorities
   to reify the simulation for the participants.
 Past simulations speak to the reliability of
   subsequent simulations.

9/11, 7/7, BOSTON MARATHON

 Real Time means the actual event is happening live at
   exactly the same time as the simulated version is
   taking place.
 NORAD war games playing out while the 9/11
   “terrorist” attack was simultaneously happening.
      Air traffic controller phone call: "Is this real-world or
       exercise?"

 London 7/7 “terrorist” bombing in the Metro was
   simultaneous with a real-world drill, July 7, 2005
 April 2013, the Boston Marathon bombing was widely
   reported to be a live drill.

 Bioterror smallpox simulation at Andrews Air Force

LOCK STEP – JULY 2010

   The Rockefeller Foundation led a year-long project to produce a
    report which strategized the government’s response to a "new
    influenza strain" and the role of technology.
   The project included four scenarios, one of which — Lock Step —
    entailed a Covid-like pandemic. There were no “tabletop”
    exercises for the simulated scenarios, just the report.
   Lock Step called for quarantines, lockdowns, masks,
    temperature checks, and behavioral detection technology
    (fMRI). The economy was devastated by long-term shuttering of
    stores and offices, and tourism, and global supply chains were
    debilitated.
   Initially, when the scenario began in 2012, citizens welcomed
    martial law and draconian responses. But by 2025, they were
    weary and unrest grew in the form of nationalism. The report
    praised China's authoritarian handling of the pandemic.

SPARS PANDEMIC – OCTOBER 2017

   SPARS was an 80-page report written in 2017 by a Johns
    Hopkins team of a fictional Covid-like pandemic scenario taking
    place in the years 2025-2028.
   The report’s purpose was to assess how health officials can
    optimize communications with the public in the face of a “novel
    coronavirus” they dubbed “SPARS.”
   In other words, the self-guided exercises were not about
    handling a pandemic, but rather to prepare public health
    communicators for how to publicly respond to a pandemic.
   SPARS merits our attention due to its many uncanny similarities
    to our Covid pandemic.

 A Johns Hopkins “tabletop” exercise to prevent a
   bioterror attack in which a virus is unleashed by a

CRIMSON CONTAGION – JANUARY TO AUGUST 2019

 Conducted by Health and Human Services (HSS) in close
   collaboration with Homeland Security (DHS) and FEMA.
 Simulation participants responded to a dangerous respiratory
   outbreak of a virus originating in China and spread by
   returning Americans. Within two months 500,000 died.
 Participants throughout the 8-month period included 12
   states, 15 tribal nations, 74 local health departments, 87
   hospitals, and over 100 public and private healthcare
   partners. Also included were 19 federal departments such
   as:
      Departments of Defense, Energy, Homeland Security, HUD, Interior,
       Justice, Labor, State, Transportation, Treasury, and Interior.

 Key findings included US not prepared for a major pandemic,
   and an over-reliance on Chinese supply chains for 90% of US
   medical products.

CRIMSON CONTAGION . . . AND NOBODY TALKED

   The year before Covid, hundreds of mostly government employees
    participated in Covid-like pandemic exercises.
   The 2019 simulation’s dire scenario had half a million dying in two
    months. So in March 2020, when authorities rashly predicted 2.2
    million Americans would die, no wonder Crimson participants were
    so ready to believe the Covid pandemic was real. They had just
    “lived” through it.
   Why weren’t the participants talking about Crimson when the real
    Covid hit? Did they have a case of amnesia? Had they signed
    NDAs? Why didn’t the media interview them?
   The Crimson exercises were supposedly meant to prepare a vast
    swath of the governance class for a pandemic. But might its ulterior
    purpose have been to gaslight the participants to regard the Covid
    “plandemic” (as many skeptics call it) as an actual pandemic,
    thereby cueing them up to be 100% on board with Fauci’s fiats.

   Participants at a New York City luxury hotel included WEF,
    Gates Foundation, Johns Hopkins, World Bank, Bloomberg,
    Big Pharma, and head of China’s version of CDC.
   The goal was to determine the world’s response to a global
    coronavirus outbreak, which happened two months later to
    a T. The 3-hour tabletop exercises entailed:

       Censorship – obsession with “disinformation”

    unrest by sabotaging our highly digitalized,

STUXNET – JUNE 2010

 Stuxnet was one of the first sophisticated, large-
   scale, brazen cyber attacks waged against a
   sovereign state.
 It is widely believed Israel and the US launched the
   warfare attack on Iran that sabotaged Iran’s
   nuclear facilities.
 A worldwide release of the viral Stuxnet “worm”
   ensued.

CYBER ATTACK: FINANCIAL THEFT
SWIFT – FEBRUARY 2016

 Hackers tried to steal $1 billion from SWIFT, the
   global financial system’s main information network.
 The target was Bangladesh’s central bank.

 A cyber attack shook the financial world, and was a
   wake-up call that digital bank thefts were no longer
   petty crimes. Rather, cyber attacks now posed
   systemic threats to the entire financial system.

CYBER ATTACK: SENSITIVE DATA THEFT
SOLARWINDS – FEBRUARY TO JUNE 2021

   A hacker spy attack was carried out on SolarWinds, a
    Texas company that sells routine software updates to
    18,000 customers.
   Hackers slipped malware into SolarWinds’ update
    code which then infected customer systems.
   Had the attack not been discovered, hackers could
    have accessed very sensitive information from
    SolarWinds’ powerful clients, including:
       Microsoft, Cisco, Intel, Pentagon, Departments of Treasury,
        Agriculture, State, Justice, Commerce, Energy, and Homeland
        Security.

   Russian intelligence blamed and Biden threatens
    Russia with sanctions.

CYBER ATTACK: GAS SUPPLY CHAIN
COLONIAL PIPELINE – MAY 2021

 Ransomware attack carried out on the largest
   pipeline operator in the US.
 Colonial’s entire network was shut down from
   Houston to New York City.
 45% of the East Coast gas supply chain was
   affected, causing gas shortages, price increases,
   and long lines at gas stations.
 Colonial reportedly paid $5 million to DarkSide, a
   Russian “criminal” group.

CYBER ATTACK: FOOD SUPPLY CHAIN
FROM SIMULATIONS TO LIVE EVENTS

   In November 2015, a Food Chain Reaction simulation
    with Big Ag players convened to “game out” how the
    world would respond to future food shortages.
   Mysterious feedlot and granary fires such as Beirut in
    August 2020, the largest non-nuclear explosion in
    history. (Might this have been a cyber drone attack?)
   March 2021, Evergreen Suez Canal “accident,” which
    grounded global container ships, most carrying food.
    (Did cyber “pirates” digitally commandeer the ship?)
   JBS Foods, world’s largest meat supplier, suffers cyber
    attack, May 2021.

CYBER ATTACK: INFRASTRUCTURE
MEDICAL, LAW ENFORCEMENT, TRANSPORTATION

   In 2020, 59 healthcare providers/systems were threatened
    by ransomware, affecting 510 facilities. In September, 250
    hospitals were actually attacked. When computer systems
    went down, chaos ensued: health workers were reduced to
    paper and pen, emergency rooms were disrupted and
    wireless vital-signs monitoring equipment broke down..
   May, 2021, Washington, DC, thousands of police files were
    stolen and released on the dark web for ransomware,
    including disciplinary files, sensitive and embarrassing
    information, and intelligence reports with links to FBI and
    Secret Service.
   In June 2021, hackers struck the payment system of
    Massachusetts ferries. Credit card capabilities were
    inoperable, forcing the ferries to unexpectedly deal
    exclusively with cash payments. New York City admitted its
    subway system was breached in April, with hackers
    rumored to have ties to the Chinese government

CYBER ATTACKS
GLADIO 3.0?

   After WWII, Operation Gladio was a covert NATO black op whose
    forces deliberately terrorized Europe with bombing attacks and
    kidnappings to create a “strategy of tension,” Local communists
    were blamed to blunt their rising power.
   In the last decade a rash of alleged false flag events to
    destabilize society occurred in Paris, Orlando, San Bernardino,
    Nice, Brussels, Munich, Norway, and elsewhere by assets with
    suspicious Deep State connections. Some dubbed this almost-
    yearly flurry of attacks “Gladio 2.0.”
   Might the cascade of cyber attacks likewise be a contemporary
    version of Operation Gladio blamed on “rogue actors” — a
    Gladio 3.0?
   There is a fine line between criminals versus covert use of
    criminal elements by state actors. For example, the CIA as
    project manager of the Kennedy assassination tapped Cuban,
    Italian, Jewish, and Corsican mafias to execute the operation.

 Russia’s Sberbank is the main organizer of Cyber Polygon. The bank’s

      The official Cyber Polygon website is in Russian and English.
      The Prime Minister of Russia gave the opening address in 2019 and 2020, and probably
       will do so in 2021 as well since Russia is once again the event organizer.

 Is it a façade that Russia is the West’s mortal enemy?
      Why would the West participate in an event in which Russians acquire significant intel as
       to the cyber-defense capabilities of global banks, corporations, and governments?

 Why is China not a participant given it is the model of digital social control?

 Why is Israel not a participant given their worldwide industry dominance of
   the development, maintenance, and sales of cybersecurity and surveillance

 Millions of devices could be taken offline in a matter of
   days blocking all communication and online operations.

   instituted until a digital vaccine is developed for the digital
   virus.

CYBER PANDEMIC – MORE CHALLENGING RECOVERY

A cyber attack would entail a more extremely challenging recovery
because major supply chains would be disrupted.
   As we saw with the Covid lockdowns, remaining small
    businesses would be devastated if not shuttered since only big
    corporate entities could weather such a widespread debacle.
   It could take months to get new devices or parts.
       As we discovered during Covid, China manufactures virtually all of US
        PPE, antibiotics, and medicines. Similarly, a breakdown could likely
        occur again in the medical supply chain.

   Many devices will end up wiped of data if not rendered
    inoperable with limited resupply options.
       In 2018, China produced 90% of mobile phones, 90% of computers, and
        70% of televisions.

WEF’S POLYGON FORECASTS
    JUST IN CASE . . .

    It’s unclear whether 2021 Polygon will go live on July 9, or whether like Event 201 it
     would happen months later as Covid did. Or whether their fantasy goal will even
     happen at all!
    Either way, it is prudent to prepare for a short-term power blackout, such as:
        Back up all your data on hard drives.

        Keep devices and external batteries fully charged.

        Acquire a ham radio or acquaint yourself with ham radio operators.

        Get your bicycle in top shape, and buy spare bike parts

   The end goal is total control achieved by fusing central banks, financial regulatory agencies, tech
    giants, and the national security state by first reconfiguring the finance industry as a template for
    the reengineering of other industries.
   In July 2019, Carnegie Endowment gathered leading experts in government, banking, industry,
    and technology to develop an international cybersecurity strategy for the financial sector.
   Carnegie is regularly ranked as one of the top think tanks in the world, and its president for the
    past seven years, William Burns, was appointed Director of the CIA in March 2021.
   Echoing a widespread concern of world leaders, in November 2020, Carnegie and WEF produced
    an influential report warning that the global financial system is highly vulnerable to cyber attacks.
   The report recommended social media monopolies work with banks to coordinate censorship. It
    also encouraged cooperation between banks and law enforcement (e.g, Bank of America turned
    over credit card records of January 6 Capitol protesters to the FBI).
   Crashing the monetary system with a cyber attack is the perfect scenario to put a nail in the
    coffin on a dying fiat currency system. The replacement is a cashless society based on the China
    model of a digital social credit system.
   A controlled demolition of the global banking system would need to eliminate black markets,
    while ensuring central banks and wealthy elites escape blame and punishment for decades of
    obscene corruption, rampant pillaging, and criminal activity.

    time for humanity to begin seizing the opportunity to make profound shifts
    in consciousness personally and collectively.

   We may not have the numbers, but for those of us who are
    strong and know the truth, we’re worth like 60,000 of their
    walking braindead.
   According to positivity scientists, all it takes is a mere 5%-10%

    known as the 100th Monkey phenomena.
   There’s 8 billion of us and only about 5,000 of them. If we
    collectively refuse to consent and comply with their wish list,
    there is nothing they can really do to carry out their goals.
   The energy is still very volatile and can go either way. Whatever
    direction society takes will have tremendous influence over the
    next 10 years.
   We just need to get more people educated and aware. One by

    Klaus Schwab and Bill Gates assert that Covid issues will be supplanted by climate issues.
     Since we now know Covid science is dicey and serves as the pretext for reshaping the global
     socio-political economy, we must broadly encourage the public to challenge motives and
     science of yet another super-duper propaganda campaign again fueled by fear.

Exploit their weaknesses

    The theme of the 2021 annual World Economic Forum was “Rebuild Trust.” Loss of trust in
     governments, corporations, media, and science plummeted due to Covid discombobulations
     arising from, for example:
         Discredited scientific narratives like the Wuhan bat theory

         Sharp escalation of Soviet-style censorship.

         Brutal, bewildering policies that ravaged nations, communities, and households

    Investigative journalist Whitney Webb urges us to exploit that “trust us” weakness. We can
     do this by using the Wuhan transgression, for example, to advance the position that inquiry
     and debate must replace unproductive accusations of conspiracy theory.

The elite are actually quite vulnerable. They know we outnumber them, and so they
must keep us in fear and ignorance. We must encourage each other to find our inner
warrior and keep the 1% on the offensive.
   MARCHES – Now is not the time to sit things out. Now more than ever people need
    to be in the streets showing them our power in numbers.
         Following one of the largest mass protests in London, it was reported on May 31, the
          UK government plans to scrap a domestic vaccine passport.

   LAWSUITS – A flurry of lawsuits and administrative petitions challenge suspect
    science such as Monsanto GMOs and FDA’s wrongful vaccine authorization, as
    well as draconian policies like shuttering churches and mask mandates.
         The most explosive case (forthcoming) is German lawyer Dr. Reiner Fuellmich’s
          lawsuit against the World Health Organization, among others, for wrongful usage of
          PCR tests to improperly declare a pandemic. His petition alleges crimes against
          humanity in violation of the Nuremberg Code.

   CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE – Courageous small businesses refused to lock their doors —
    a Staten Island bar, a Texas beauty parlor, a New Jersey gym, a Michigan barber, a
    Toronto BBQ restaurant, and numerous faiths vowed to continue services.
   STREET THEATER – In a performance art piece called The Kill Shot, activists in New
    York City splayed themselves before the New York Times in an effort to dramatize
    the inexcusable absence of media coverage of diverse medical opinions.

MANIFEST POSITIVE CHANGE

   A priority mission is to integrate left-brain activism (as exemplified by the
    actions of the previous slide) with right-brain activism expressed below.
   Let’s do revocations against the elite’s warped vision of the future in which
