Join us for the pinnacle of Australian Motorsport; the 4 October 2018
THURSDAY 4 OCTOBER 2018 - DAY 1: TRAVEL TOOWOOMBA TO BATHURST
Depart Toowoomba and begin the pilgrimage to the mecca of motorsport, Mt Panorama at
Bathurst. Travel via Goondiwindi and Narrabri to arrive at Scots School Bathurst for a four-
night stay. Dinner and breakfast are included daily during our stay. (Meals: D)
FRIDAY 5 OCTOBER 2018 - DAY 2: BATHURST - WARM UP
Don’t forget your passes to the Mount Panorama Circuit, these are included with your package.
(Upgrades to Entry with Paddock Pass and Grandstand Seating are available on request but
limited by availability). The coach will transfer you to the track for the day’s activities including
practice and qualifying sessions. Return early evening to accommodation for dinner and
some social time with your fellow race enthusiasts. (Meals BD)
SATURDAY6 OCTOBER 2018 - DAY 3: BATHURST - PRACTICE
Return to the mountain for another day of qualifying and practice with the highlight of the
day being the high octane and heart pumping Top Ten Shootout. (Meals BD)
SUNDAY 7 OCTOBER 2018 - DAY 4: BATHURST - RACE DAY
Rise early today to be at the track ready for Warm Up sessions and the pre-race entertainment.
At 10:30 the lights go out and the great race begins as Supercars and drivers launch from
the starting grid and begin fighting for a place at the front of the pack. The 1000 kilometers
of engine screaming, tyre shredding racing will culminate around 6 hours later when the
winner crosses the finish line. After returning to the accommodation, recount on the great
moments of the race over dinner and social time. (Meals BD)
MONDAY 8 OCTOBER 2018 - DAY 5: BATHURST TO TOOWOOMBA
Relax on-board your luxury coach as we head for home. The journey will travel through
Narrabri and Moree crossing the border back into Queensland and Eastern Standard Time,
arriving back in Toowoomba at approximately 6:00pm. (Meals B)
