Christmas Eve Dinner Friday, December 24, 2021 Christmas Eve is a special time to celebrate with your family. Our renowned executive chef, José Luque, has created a delicious menu to enjoy, which will be accompanied by live music under the wonderful setting of the glass dome of The Westin Palace, Madrid. The wines that pair this menu have been selected by the expert winemakers of Bodegas Raventós-Codorníu. Festive Opera & Brunch Saturday December 25, 2021, Saturday January 1, 2022 and Thursday January 6, 2022 To celebrate Christmas Day, start the new year or celebrate the Epiphany, The Westin Palace, Madrid recommends a bufet lunch with delightful salty miniatures, a great selection of products from the sea, the land and the garden and delicious desserts. All of the above enlivened by an opera performance under the spectacular acoustics of the stained glass dome. Wines and cavas from the selection of Bodegas Raventós-Codorníu (From 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm at La Rotonda restaurant).
New Year’s Eve Gala Friday, December 31, 2021 The Westin Palace, Madrid has created a superb party to see of the year 2021, with the dome lightened up and decorated especially for the occasion. The La Buena Estrella orchestra and DJ Fernando Martínez Teruel have carefully selected a musical repertoire that spans several decades and styles for each moment of the evening. The gala menu has been designed by Paco Pérez, one of the most recognized Spanish chefs, both nationally and internationally, awarded a total of 5 stars by the Michelin Guide, among many other awards. With the title Mar d’Amunt, this menu will take you on a tour of the Costa Brava through its exquisite dishes. The excellent wines of Bodegas de los Herederos del Marqués de Riscal and Champagne Laurent-Perrier pair this splendid menu.
