1. Open the box, take out the test paper and diluent,
and leave it at room temperature for 15-30 mins.
3. Pipette 20ul of whole blood or 10ul of serum and
plasma with a sampler and add it to the sample well.
4. Add 2 drops of sample dilution to the well.
5. Wait for 10 mins and observe the results.
6. After 15 mins, the observation results are invalid
for reference only.

The COVID-19 Rapid Test Devices utilize colloidal gold immunochromatography. Its chromatographic strip
mainly consists of a binding pad, a nitrocellulose membrane and absorbent paper attached to a plastic plate.
The nitrocellulose membrane on the devices has three coating lines:
1. anti-human IgM antibody (M line)
2) anti-human IgG antibody (G Line)
3) quality control antibody (line C)
During the test, the sample and sample diluent are added dropwise to the binding pad. If there is anti-new
coronavirus IgM and IgG in the sample, the new coronavirus antigen labeled with colloidal gold on the binding
pad is combined to form Ig M-new coronavirus antigen. Colloidal gold complex (complex M) or / and IgG-new
coronavirus antigen-colloidal gold complex (complex G).
The above complex is chromatographed with the nitrocellulose membrane toward the end of the absorbent
paper. When passing through the M line, the complex M is captured by the anti-human IgM antibody. When
the G line passes through the G line, the complex G is captured and enriched by the anti-human IgG antibody,
so that the G line appears the purple signal. When the C line passes, the quality control protein labeled with
colloidal gold is controlled by quality control. The antibody captures the C-line with a mauve signal.
