Prijedor is a municipality and city in north-western part of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the Bosanska Krajina
region and the second largest municipality in the Republic of Srpska. Prijedor is an economically very
prosperous city, with broad spectrum of industrial, service and educational institutions. Its huge economic
potential is in the strategic geographical location, as it is near and well connected with region's important
centres: Zagreb, Belgrade and Vienna. Moreover, this area is rich with beautiful natural resources.

industrial and agricultural city zone, which is only at a short distance of 3 km from the city center and city’s

The biggest quality of this industrial estate is expressed through its overall simple but well-designed exterior

and interior layout functionality and logistics.

The access to the buildings for trucks, vehicles and pedestrians, as well as the parking space (50 parking

spaces for vehicles and 40 m2 parking space for bikes) are provided directly from its ample plateau, while the

well-designed internal road system optimizes the manipulation of trucks. Additional advantages of its exterior

design are the arranged green areas and good connection of the internal road system with the main road,

thus the city center. These options present very adequate solution for production services, as well as for the

transport optimization.

The design of the entire complex is recognizable and very suitable for its function and the surrounding area of

sandwich panels, both finished in plaster or ceramic tiles. The floor finishings are a combination of ribbed
concrete, ceramic tiles and PVC flooring.

The activation of this industrial complex, in terms of its original function - preparation and processing of meat,

is possible, due to existing machinery and equipment (refrigerators, boxes for cattle, etc).
