According to the environment agency website both Lots are situated within Flood Zone 1.
Public Rights of Way
There are two public footpaths as described in the description paragraph above, for Lot 1 the public footpath lies to the northern boundary and for Lot 2
the public footpath is located beyond the boundary.

Visibility Splays
