District Foster Care Liaisons: Responsibilities

                      enrollment (specific requirements outlined in TAC Rule §89.1605)

                      appropriate, for coursework completed at another school

                  ●   Immediate school enrollment w/o records TEC § 25.002(g) (Chapter
                      7 (PDF), p. 56) – CPS caseworker is required to enroll child w/in 3

                      days & has up to 30 days to provide enrollment paperwork

                                     •   11th-12th grade student who transfers to a
                                         new district & does not meet graduation
                                         requirements of new district may request a
