Payment and Confirmation Information
• Please ensure that the name of the participant is stated on the bank transfer.
• Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.
• Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment according to the deadline indicated.
• Full payment is required to confirm your reservation. If you do not complete full payment of your accommodation reservation in 7 days, your reservation will be canceled
automatically.
• After full payment is received, the congress secretariat will send a confirmation letter to your e-mail with all the details of your accommodation.
• If you do not receive to confirmation letter please contact the Congress Secretariat (Ethiccon Congress & Events Company).
• If you make your payment through bank transfer, please send a copy of your bank receipt to the congress secretariat so that the congress secretariat can track your
payment and confirm your reservation.
Cancellation Policy for Registration and Accommodation
• All paid registration services cancelled before July 1, 2021 are 50% refundable.
• There will be no refunds for cancellations made after July 1, 2021.
• All cancellation requests must be made in writing to congress secretariat
(Ethiccon Congress & Events Company) and are only valid after acknowledgment by the Congress Secretariat.
• All refunds will be executed after the end of the congress in November 2021.

Ethiccon Congress & Event Company will then get back to you with the status of your reservation since bookings are made on a first come first served basis after priority and non-priority companies are booked. Reservations are only confirmed upon receipt of the relevant deposit payment. TERMS OF PAYMENT Bookings less than TRY 7.000 (net of taxes) are subject to full payment upon reservation confirmation. Bookings exceeding TRY 7.000 (net of taxes) can be paid in two installments: • 50% deposit upon reservation confirmation • 50% balance by July 1, 2021 The Sponsorship & Exhibition Secretariat will issue a proforma invoice for each payment. All payments should be completed within 2 weeks of receipt of the relevant proforma invoice. The Sponsorship & Exhibition Secretariat will be entitled to cancel bookings if payment is not received within the specified time. All payments made until this time will be forfeited. Payments can be made via bank transfer. All sponsorship fees mentioned herein shall be wired to the bank account of the Sponsorship Secretariat. CANCELLATION POLICY All cancellations must be made in writing to the Sponsorship Secretariat by the official contact person of the sponsor. • Organizers shall retain 10% of the agreed sponsorship fees if cancellation is made before May 1 2021. • Organizers shall retain 50% of the agreed sponsorship & exhibition fees if cancellation is made between May 1, 2021 and July 1, 2021 • All cancellations made after July 1, 2021 are subject to full payment and no refunds will be made.
