GREEN FEES
Please call The Bog Golf Shop at 262.284.7075, ext. 6620 or visit
www.golfthebog.com for green fees information.
MINIMUM PLAYERS PER TEE TIME
At least 2 players are required to secure a tee time. The Golf Shop,
at their discretion, may fill tee times with less than 4 players.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are accepted at least 24 hours prior to the
scheduled tee time by calling 262.284.7075 ext 6620. If a
cancellation notice is not received, rounds will be billed at the
booked rate to the reservation credit card on file.
RAIN CHECKS
Less-than-ideal weather conditions may not necessitate closing
the golf course. If we determine, in our sole discretion, to close
the golf course, a rain check policy shall apply.
Rain checks are redeemable within 6 months of original play date.
(We do not count December - March as part of these 6 months)
Our golf shop can provide full rain check policy.
DRESS CODE
Appropriate golf attire shall be worn on the golf course and
practice range. Denim shorts, denim jeans, cut-off shorts, gym
shorts, beachwear, halter or tank tops, and T-shirts are not
appropriate golf attire. Length of shorts must be at least mid-
length from hip to knee. No cargo shorts allowed. Please inform
your guests.
NO CARRY-ON BEVERAGES
Carry-on beverages are prohibited, Wisconsin Statute Sec.
123.32(6). Please inform your guests.
PACE OF PLAY
All players must observe our pace of play policies. Normal pace of
play is 4 hours and 10 minutes. We reserve the right to move your
position on the golf course.
4outing services
RESERVATIONS
Up to one year in advance for groups of 24 or more.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT
A $1,000 non-refundable security deposit is required to guarantee an
event date. The event deposit is due upon booking the event date and
will be credited toward the final bill.
GOLF FEES
The group shall purchase one round of golf for each player included
in their event. To reserve the golf course for an entire day, a non-
refundable deposit of $2,000 is required at the time of booking.
Early season and weekend afternoon outing discounts may be
available – please contact our special events coordinator at
262.284.7075 ext 6627.
SHOTGUN STARTS
Are available for large groups of 92+, however we can also provide
modified shotgun events for groups of 40+. Groups less than 40
typically start play with set tee times. Any group wanting to have
exclusive use of the golf course and facilities requires a guaranteed
minimum of 100 players and $17,000 in overall contracted services.
HOLE EVENTS
We offer a variety of individual Hole Events: Long Drive, Closest to
the Pin, Long Putt, Putting Contests, etc.
EVENT TYPE
Our staff will manage and provide event set-up and scoring for
all types of events. The most popular event for most guests is a
“scramble” format.
Our staff will conduct any event or tournament customized
specifically for your guests.
PRIZE FUND
We provide one stop shopping for all of your event prizes. Pro Shop
gift certificates work most efficiently so that guests can select what
they want versus being given a generic prize or something they
already have. Gift certificate dollar amounts can be arranged in any
denomination and are provided quickly on site.

Our professional staff will conduct group golf clinics for any size group.

PLANNING
Our experienced outing staff will plan a memorable event for you and
your guests. Let us handle all the details while you relax and enjoy the day.
GOLF EVENT MANAGEMENT
• Registration table, golf bag drop and valet service, silent auction table
setup
• Cart staging, personalized cart signs and scorecards, escort participants
to designated holes
• Custom designed rules sheet on each cart, placement of on course
event marking flags, putting contest
• Installation and presentation of promotional event signage (Client is
responsible for the cost of signage)
• Professional event scoring & event winner results posted, awards
ceremony
• Pro Shop - Gift Certificates for awards & prizes, and/or pre-ordered tee
gifts if desired
• Clubhouse and on course food and beverage service
• Our staff work closely with the client to ensure proper set-up and
exceptional service all day

USE OF RANGE
Complimentary range balls will be provided for each player.
RENTAL CLUBS
The Bog has new Nike rental sets available - $55/set
USE OF GOLF CARTS
Golf carts will be provided to accommodate each outing twosome.
Golf Cart Operations: The group shall assume responsibility for the
compliance by its guests with the policies applicable to golf cart
operations.
• On the day of the event, The Bog will announce what guidelines apply
to golf cart usage.
• Golfers are required to have their own set of clubs
• No more than 2 persons can ride on a golf cart at any time.
• Must be at minimum 16 years of age and posses a valid driver’s license
to operate a golf cart.
• Use of golf carts by non-golf outing participants (volunteers) will be
charged the fee of $30/cart.
• The golf event is responsible for any damages to golf carts unless the
sole individual operator accepts responsibility for damages.
6catering
FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICE
All food and beverages to be consumed in connection with an
event (both on the course and in the clubhouse) shall be provided
by The Bog. For menu selections, please ask to see our complete
menu and pricing sheet.
Menu choices are due and final 30 days prior to the event.
BEVERAGE SERVICE POLICY
Our staff will not serve alcohol to anyone under the age of 21 and
may refuse to serve alcohol to anyone who has already consumed
their limit of alcohol.
WINE
Our staff will be happy to assist you in selecting wine or
champagne for your event. If you choose to bring in your own
selection, a corkage fee of $10 per bottle will apply.
CORDIAL AND CIGAR SELECTIONS
Treat your guests to a fine selection of cordials and premium
cigars as they relax after cocktails or dinner.

We will provide a quote based on your needs.
DONATED PRODUCT (CHARITABLE EVENTS ONLY)
We may accommodate a limited quantity of donated product (i.e.
cases of beer, soda, water, Gatorade), as agreed to in advance
with the event host. A donated product fee will apply. Donated
product is intended for on-course consumption only. Any
remaining donated product will be collected by and retained by
our staff.
8superb cuisine & affordable elegance
From breakfast to burgers to delicious buffets and sophisticated
dinners, our chef skillfully prepares all meals on-site, tailoring
each menu to make the occasion exclusively yours. Our food
presentations are elegant and appealing, and service is always
prompt and impeccable. For menu selections, please contact
our Special Events Coordinator at 262.284.7075 ext 6627.
Our clubhouse features a bar and full-service dining room with
natural fireplace, and seats up to 150 persons. The covered
outdoor patio can hold up to 80 persons. Outdoor tent space
is also available. Our year-round facilities are available with or
without a golf experience.
CORDIAL AND CIGAR SELECTIONS
Treat your guests to a fine selection of cordials and premium
cigars as they relax after cocktails or dinner. (All tobacco must
be consumed outdoors).
PLATED DINNERS
Plated dinner menus can be provided upon request. Our talented
chef can custom prepare any meal to your exact specifications.
9payment & billing
CONTRACT
The group shall execute a contract for services provided by The
Bog. The contract confirms the reservation, establishes important
deadlines and references conformity to all items included in this
booklet.
PAYMENT
Please see page 4 for information on Reservation Deposits.
Full payment for all known expenses will be required on the day
of the event. Food and beverage charges for all functions will
include an 20% service charge and applicable Wisconsin state
sales tax. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, check payable
to The Bog, or credit card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express
and Discover).
SPECIAL EVENT STAFFING
If the group requests extraordinary special events that require
additional staffing, We will provide additional staff at an
additional cost.
DISCLAIMER
We shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any
property of any kind brought onto our premises by the group or
by any member or guest of the group, including but not limited
to loss or damage to any decorations or signage or audio/visual
equipment used by the group in connection with the event.
10payment & billing
SALES TAX EXEMPTION
If your group is exempt from Wisconsin sales tax, please furnish
us with a copy of Form S-204, Certificate of Exempt Status,
issued by the Wisconsin Department of Revenue, prior to the
event date. Without a copy of this certificate, we will include
applicable sales tax on your final bill.
If The Bog is found to be liable for any sales tax not paid in
connection with your event, you will be required to pay any taxes,
penalties and interest assessed against us.
CANCELLATION POLICY/FEES
If the event is canceled by the group for any reason within 7
days of the event date, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the
estimated food and beverage will be billed. Cancellation of
custom and special orders (already ordered) will be billed at 100%
of the quoted price.
Golf Pairings are due a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Final
billing is based on the pairings submitted, unless the number of
players increases.
LIABILITY
The group shall be liable for any damage done to the golf course,
golf carts, clubhouse (or its furniture, fixtures or equipment),
and to any rental items and for any extraordinary cleaning costs
incurred by us after the event.
All pricing in this brochure may be revised at any time at our
sole discretion.
