V8 Supercars is Australia’s premier motorsport category and one of the most exciting
sporting championships in the world. The legendary Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000,
9-12 October 2014, is the pinnacle V8 Supercars event and sees thousands of race fans
making their way to the Mount Panorama each year.
The four day motorsport celebration will see a packed schedule of V8 Supercars and
support category action on track, first class facilities and awesome entertainment all an
easy drive from Sydney CBD.

HOSPITALITY
Private Suites
Your Package Includes:
• 4 day corporate ticketing package (hard cards, wristbands and event lanyards) for guests entry to the circuit, V8
Supercar Paddock and your private suite on Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
• Individual day tickets, invite a different guest each day.
• All hard card tickets are personalised with your own company or group name and your private suite number.
• Entrance sign with your company or group name.
• 1 host pass for every 20 guests
• S tandard fit out includes tables and comfortable chairs. You have the option to upgrade your fitout at an additional
cost .
• Private buffet and bar with dedicated waitstaff.
• Complimentary parking for each guest, each day, in the VIP parking area.
• Television monitors to ensure you don’t miss any of the action. You have the option to upgrade to larger plasmas
for an additional cost.
• Souvenir event program per guest, ie 40 guests = 40 programs. Additional programs can be purchased at a
reduced rate.
Please note:
*Private suite clients order and pay for a food and beverage package directly with the official event caterer.
*Larger sized suites are available upon request.
*Host passes enable company staff to access the suite without utilising valuable suite ticketing.
^Premier Pit and Pit Garage Suites are wheelchair accessible.
Premier Pit Suites^ (minimum 40 guests)
These premium permanent facilities are located directly above the pits in the Pit Lane complex with the largest private
balconies that no other facility on the track can offer. These air-conditioned suites offer prime views of the Start/Finish
Line on Pit Straight and Pit Lane, allowing you to soak up the atmosphere while dining in comfort and style.
Pit Garage Suites^ (minimum 40 guests)
You’ll feel like you are part of a V8 Supercar team in a Pit Garage Suite, directly above the team garages. Outside on your
private balcony, or whilst relaxing indoors within your spacious suite, you’ll have uninterrupted views of the Start/Finish
Line on Pit Straight and Pit Lane.
Pit Roof Villas (minimum 20 guests)
These fantastic private villas are located on top of the world class Pit Lane complex. Your private balcony ensures that
you will experience all the adrenaline charged action of Pit Lane and Pit Straight to feel the tension of the race.
Chase Villas (minimum 20 guests)
Located on the inside of the famous Chase, the Chase Villas enable you and your guests to experience the action as the
cars hit top speed down Conrod Straight and through the Chase. The private outside viewing area ensures that this is an
experience you will never forget!

Whether you are entertaining ten guests or more or just an individual, there is an option which is just right for you.
PIT LANE CLUB “Pole Position”
Get in quick to secure your pole position in the Pit Lane Club. Located on pit roof of the pit building complex, you are
guaranteed of a clear view of Pit Lane and Pit Straight. This is where positions can be won or lost.
Package includes :
• Your choice of either Platinum (3 days), Gold (weekend package) or Silver (Friday Only)
• General admission ticket with Paddock Access for the Thurs and/or Friday with every Platinum or Gold Package booking.
• Individual day tickets, choose a different guest each day.
• Morning and afternoon tea and a hot buffet lunch available each day of the Event.
• Complimentary beer, wine and sparkling available from approximately 10.00am to 5.00pm each day of the Event.
• Complimentary tea, coffee, water and soft drink available all day on each day of the Event.
• Bar available to purchase spirits each day of the Event.
• Big screens and televisions for optimum viewing of race action and timing.
• Capped numbers
• Dedicated host with reserved and managed table seating.

Rydges Hotel on the outside chase, you receive clear views of Conrod Straight, The Chase and Murray’s Corner.
Relax and watch the great race in climate controlled comfort.
Package includes :

Positioned at the action packed Turn 1 – Hell Corner, the V8 Supercars Paddock Club is our premium syndicated option
that caters for our Championship and team sponsors, Government officials, VIPs and discerning corporate guests.
Package Includes:
• Platinum package for 3 days (individual days are not available).
• General admission ticket with Paddock Access for Thursday entry.
• Exclusive access to the V8 Supercar Paddock Club, transferable tickets, choose a different guest each day.
• Premium Food and beverage package including mid-morning snack, morning tea, afternoon tea and a substantial
buffet style lunch. 6 hour beverage package including premium beer and wine. Spirits included from 1.00pm daily
(Jim Beam and Canadian Club). Barista at selected events with an extensive selection of soft drinks, Red Bull, juice

Contracting Party has (directly or indirectly) supplied a ticket.
9. By purchasing a ticket you understand and agree that V8SA may
use and disclose any personal information provided by you for the
purpose of conducting the Event and for any other purposes set out in
