                                                  Section 12(2)
                             REGULATION OF VESSELS – EXCLUSION ZONE
Location
Hawkesbury River, Windsor – between Windsor Road Bridge and the furthest downstream end of Windsor Reach.
Duration
9:00am to 5:00pm on the following days:
      •     Friday 18 January 2019,
      •     Saturday 19 January 2019, and
      •     Sunday 20 January 2019.
Detail
Competitive power boat races will be held on the navigable waters of the Hawkesbury River at the location
specified above, involving the use of high speed power vessels racing at speed, presenting a significant potential
hazard to other waterway users.
An EXCLUSION ZONE is specified during the event which will be marked by the presence of control vessels
stationed on the perimeter.
Unauthorised vessels and persons are strictly prohibited from entering the exclusion zone, which will be patrolled
by control vessels.
All vessel operators and persons in the vicinity should keep a proper lookout, keep well clear of competing and
support vessels, and exercise extreme caution.
Penalties may apply (section 12(5) – Marine Safety Act 1998)

Clarence River (Yamba) – adjacent the Main Beach Yamba and Whiting Beach.
Duration
10.00am to 1.00pm – Sunday 6 January 2019
Detail
A swim event will be conducted in the location specified above between the above times.
An EXCLUSION ZONE is specified during the event, which will be marked by buoys at the above location.
Unauthorised vessels and persons are prohibited from entering the exclusion zone which will be patrolled by
control vessels.
All vessel operators and persons in the vicinity of the event should keep a proper lookout, keep well clear of
competitors and support vessels, and exercise extreme caution.

                                      WATER MANAGEMENT ACT 2000
                        Notice of Petition for a Private Water Supply and Irrigation District
                                         Pursuant to section 142 (3) of the
                                            Water Management Act 2000
Pursuant to section 142 of the Water Management Act 2000, a petition has been received from landholders of lands
within the Pomona area, to form a private water supply and irrigation district. The proposed private water supply
and irrigation district is to be established as the Pomona Water. Details of the petition, including a plan showing
the boundary of the proposed water supply and irrigation district, are available for viewing from the Department
of Industry – Natural Resources Access Regulator unit at 209 Cobra St, Dubbo NSW 2830.
Persons who wish to lodge a supplementary petition to be included in the Proposed Pomona Water petition, or who
wish to lodge an objection to the granting of the petition, may do so within 28 days from the date of this publication.
Objections to the petition must be registered in writing to Department of Industry – NRAR, PO Box 717, Dubbo
NSW 2830.

                                                     ORDER
                                          Restoration of Drug Authority
In accordance with the provisions of clause 175(1) of the Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Regulation 2008 a
direction has been issued that the Order that took effect on Melissa Narelle PIRANI (PHA0001672227) of Oatley,
NSW 2223, prohibiting her as a pharmacist from supplying or having possession of, or manufacturing any
preparation, admixture or extract of a drug of addiction as authorised by clauses 101(1) and 102 of the Regulation,
shall cease to operate on and from 24 December 2018.

                       POISONS AND THERAPEUTIC GOODS REGULATION 2008
                                                     ORDER
                                          Withdrawal of Drug Authority
In accordance with the provisions of clause 175(1) of the Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Regulation 2008 an
Order has been made on Dr Khalil ALOKLA (MED0001620093), of Bass Hill NSW 2197, prohibiting him until
further notice, as a medical practitioner, from supplying or having possession of drugs of addiction as authorised
by clause 101 of the Regulation and issuing a prescription for a drug of addiction as authorised by clause 77 of the
Regulation.
This Order is to take effect on and from 4 January 2019.

WHEREAS this Rule provides that where there is a variation in the amount of the Reference Rate the Trustees shall
by a determination published by the Gazette as soon as practical after the variation to amend Appendix 3A of the
Trust Deed in the manor provided by this Rule: and whereas there has been a variation in the Reference Rate the
Trustee has amended Appendix 3A of the Trust Deed as follows:

and $40.11”;
(b) by omitting the amount of “$49.70 and $47.15” in Column 5 of Item 2 and by inserting the amount of “$49.70

(c) by omitting the amount of “$21.10 and $53.75” in Column 5 of Item 3 and by inserting the amount of “$21.10
and $55.16”;
The amendments made of Appendix 3A by this Determination take effect on and from 1 January 2019.
