                            HAMBA TRUMP!
Phillip van Niekerk in Washington DC

Donald Trump faces a bleak future as
he prepares to leave the White
House for the last time on
                            Wednesday.
On his way out the door the American President was preparing
to pardon more than a hundred of his associates for criminal
activities – squeezing one last outrage from his final 24 hours of
office.

Unlike every President for the last 162 years Trump will not
attend the inauguration of his successor Joe Biden. He and his
family will fly out to his Mar a Lago resort in Florida where he
will have plenty of time to play golf and stew.

As the United States and the world prepares to celebrate, it will
be all downhill for Don the con:

  • He is deep in debt – hundreds of millions of dollars in
payments will come due as banks refuse to lend to his
    companies
• His brand is ruined – no-one will want to build Trump
    Hotels anymore
  • Even the Professional Golfers’ Association has pulled its
    competition from his golf course
  • He faces a slew of legal cases including prosecution for tax
    fraud in New York
  • He could be charged for inciting an insurrection – for
which he has already been impeached
  • Twitter and other social media sites have banned him from
    their platforms
  • His approval rating is 34% and sinking
Before anyone begins to feel sorry for him, Trump has left the
US in a mess.
As he flies over Washington DC on Airforce One he will have
time to reflect on his time in office: four years of non-stop lies
and corruption, the rise of white nationalism, two
impeachments and the death of 400,000 Americans from Covid.
After he lost the election, he told a big fat lie, convincing
millions of people that he had won, and egging on thousands of
his supporters to storm the Capitol.
He will look down on a city that resembles a war zone, capital
of a deeply divided nation.
So, Donald Trump, the people of South Africa join the rest of
the world in saying: “Hamba!”
Croc turns up at Zim
hospital outside visiting
hours
Joseph Chirume

They call Zimbabwean President Emmerson Mnangagwa the
crocodile but it was a different member of the species that
barged into a hospital in Zimbabwe on Monday.
Patients at Chiredzi General Hospital were stunned when a
giant crocodile appeared in the corridor.
The crocodile was filmed in a video that has gone viral. He is
seen moving into a ward while astonished voices debate what
to do about him.
A man's voice is heard saying: "A crocodile has power while in
the water. Even if you come closer (when it is on dry land) it will
do you no harm." No one wanted to test this theory.
Zimbabwe has one of the worst health infrastructures and
poorest hospital services in Southern Africa after years of
neglect and corruption.
Chiredzi is a world class sugar producing town and has
numerous waterways created to irrigate the sweet plant -
perfect conditions for a croc.
Sobaa Ncube, a resident of Chiredzi, said: "There's a sewer trail
which leads to Chiredzi River and when it rains, crocodiles are
seen around because they follow that stream."
One man, Talent Tawengwa, said jokingly: "Its owner is in that
hospital so it came to see him."
Leo Dzingai added: "It wanted to be treated for Covid-19.”

ANC to kick the Ace can down the road
again
Zukile Majova

The future of Ace Magashule as secretary of the ruling party
takes centre stage again when the ANC National Executive
Committee meets this week.
At the end of last year, the ANC National Integrity Committee
recommended Magashule should step down or be suspended
from his position.
On Thursday and Friday the ANC bigwigs are expected to
discuss this recommendation.
The likelihood is the party kicks the can down down the road to
the National General Council in April. This is a battle for the soul
of the ANC, and is unlikely to be resolved quickly.
A standing conference resolution of the ANC says any office
bearer or public representative of the ANC officially charged
with a criminal offence should protect the integrity of the party,
and step aside until cleared by the courts.
Magashule has been charged with fraud and corruption
stemming from the R255 million asbestos tender saga dating
back to when he was premier of the Free State.
He is due in court on February 19.
His run-ins with the law have now cast doubt on the
seriousness of the ANC's message of rooting out corruption at
municipal level.
If no action is taken against Magashule, he'd be expected to
lead the ANC campaign ahead of the local government
elections later this year.
In a previous interview with Scrolla.Africa, Magashule told us
only ANC branches could remove him from his position.
He made a veiled threat to his comrades who were fighting to
remove him.
“Some people want to use the structures of the ANC to deal
with their opponents. I stand for unity and the branches
entrusted me with the role of uniting the party when they
elected me in 2017."
Last August President Cyril Ramaphosa wrote a letter to ANC
members to help get rid of corruption within the ANC.
" … we now need to draw a line in the sand.
"We need to act urgently, we need to be decisive and we need
to demonstrate a clear political will.
The time has come for the ANC to be unflinching in restoring
the values, ethics and standing of our organisation.
"Our deeds must, always, match our words.
"We cannot as the ANC rightfully call ourselves leaders of
society if we fail to lead the people in eradicating corruption
from our own ranks.”

                          How does the Beast of
                          Tembisa compare to
                          the world’s worst
                          rapists?

Gift Mkhwanazi’s case sitting at the Johannesburg High Court
could be one for the history books.
The “beast of Tembisa” who allegedly raped at least 33 women
over six years in Tembisa was arrested in December 2019. He
faces countless charges including rape, kidnapping and robbery
among others.
In previous years, South Africa has seen other sexual predators,
many of whom have also killed.
Here are some of the shocking cases and sentences for rapists
in South Africa and other parts of the world:
Moses Sithole
Moses Sithole has his name in the books for being the worst
serial rapist in South Africa.
Sithole did not only rape, but his charges ranged from rape to
murder and kidnapping.
Between 16 July 1994 and 6 November 1995, Moses Sithole
brutally raped at least forty women and murdered thirty-eight
of his victims. He was sentenced to 2,410 years in prison.
Jack Mogale
Jack Mogale was dubbed the West-End Serial Killer by police.
On 17 February 2011, Mogale was convicted on 52 of 61
charges related to 16 murders, 19 rapes, and 9 kidnappings.
Reynhard Tambos Maruli Tua Sinaga
Reynhard Tambos Maruli Tua Sinaga is considered the world’s
worst serial rapist.
He was convicted of 159 sex offences, including 136 rapes of
young men committed in Manchester, England, between 2015
and 2017.
Thokoza Stocko – the slaying sangoma
                Everson Luhanga

“Slay queen” or “stocko” are words that offend
some women - but Reneilwe Mhlongo from
Midrand is happy to be known by her
                community as a slaying sangoma.
She is often greeted by the words: “thokoza stocko,” instead of
“thokoza gogo.”
Because of her beauty, many people - especially men - hit on
her in the name of going for a consultation.
Reneilwe Mmamolatelo Mhlongo said being a sangoma does
not stop her from living her life to the fullest.
“I know some people have the stigma that sangomas are
strange people or they should dress in a certain way, but that is
not true,” she said.
“I am a qualified sangoma but I dress beautifully and I slay the
way I want,” she said.
“I look after my body and my soul while I heal people - and
most of all I help and heal people.”
Known as gogo Mahlasela, her ancestral name, Gogo Stocko
said she became a sangoma after many years of denying her
calling and she didn’t want to thwasa, but after being sick for a
long time, senior sangomas advised her to accept the gift.
Two years ago, she embarked on the journey of becoming a
sangoma. She graduated in July.
“It was an amazing journey to become a sangoma,” she said.
“But one thing I didn't lose was being a slaying woman.”
The 31-year-old mother of three said she receives many
messages on her social media platforms.
“Sometimes men ask me to go to them, pretending they need
help while they just want to propose love to me. My ancestors
pick up those kinds of men and I don’t let them come near my
indumba,” she said.
“But I assist those who come for help and appreciate my beauty
at the same time.”
She said the phrases thokoza stocko and the slaying sangoma
do not offend her but she sees it as an appreciation of her
beautiful body.
“I go to gym, I eat healthy foods and I look after myself,” she
said.
She said she loves being adventurous and exploring new and
better things in life.
“I love being out and about. It fulfils my life,” she said.
“I love my family and my three children are my weak point. I
love them to bits. I would love to have more children – at least
six!”
Gogo Stocko said life hasn’t been easy with Covid-19. But she
said she appreciates the gift of life and the protection from her
ancestors and God for her family.

Chef arrested for erection confection
Arthur Greene

A female pastry chef has been arrested
by Egyptian security forces after
supplying cupcakes with penis
decorations to guests at a private
birthday party in Cairo.
Several of the guests who attended the
party at the exclusive Gezira sports club shared pictures of the
pastries on social media.
These images instantly went viral, and they have since rocked
the entire nation.
They caused a stir at Egypt’s largest state-owned newspaper, Al
Ahram, which described the explicit cakes as ‘indecent and
immoral shapes’.
They even blurred out the images of them in the same report.
Meanwhile, the cakes caught the interest of the country’s
minister for youth and sports, Dr Ashraf Sobhy, who oversees
clubs such as Gezir. He said his department would form a
committee to investigate the incident and punish the alleged
perpetrators.
And that is exactly what happened.

Police detained the chef at her home before taking her in for
questioning. In tears, she reportedly told interrogators that the
party-goers “came to my shop and handed me pictures of
genitals, and asked me for cakes in these forms.”

The baker was finally released on a bail of the equivalent of R
5,000.

A large price to pay for a baker’s dozen of penis cakes.

Living room destroyed by volcanic
vagina
Arthur Greene

A $75 candle which smells like Hollywood A-lister Gwyneth
Paltrow’s vagina reportedly exploded into flames in the living
room of a UK woman.

The “This Smells Like My Vagina” candle, which costs roughly R
1,100, is produced and sold by Paltrow’s high-end lifestyle
empire Goop.
However, the Brit in fact won the candle on an online quiz, so
we are still left wondering who on earth would pay for
something like this.
Reportedly, the candle instantly combusted upon being lit,
emitting a 50cm flame.
“The candle exploded and emitted huge flames, with bits flying
everywhere,” Jody Thompson, 50, told the Sun Newspaper.
"I’ve never seen anything like it. The whole thing was ablaze
and it was too hot to touch. There was an inferno in the room.”
According to the Goop website, the candle’s scent notes
include geranium, citrusy bergamot, and cedar absolutes
juxtaposed with Damask rose and ambrette seed.
Against all odds, this candle has proved immensely popular, and
Goop has expanded the scent’s range to include a $45 (R 675)
roll-on deodorant.
So now your armpits can smell of Gwenyth Paltrow’s vagina
too, but just be careful they don’t get burned off.
Aunt wants her nephew to learn his
lesson in jail
Kabelo Tlhabanelo

Even since her stolen car was recovered on Sunday, Khunjulwa
Ndlwayivulwa has refused to drop charges of theft against her
nephew.
The woman from Mangaung in the Free State wants her 19-
year-old nephew to learn his lesson in prison.
The young man who has a history of drug abuse was admitted
to a rehabilitation centre for eight months before he was
discharged at the end of November last year.
She said she will still continue to help him when he comes back
from prison but she wants him to be punished.
Khunjulwa told Scrolla.Africa that her car was recovered on
Sunday after it was stolen on 12 January.
“He came back at the end of November and I thought he was a
good person again. Clearly I was wrong because he stole my
car.”
The nephew was arrested after she handed him to the police
and he said his friend had stolen the keys from his pocket while
he was sleeping.
"I was happy to find my car again but I am not dropping
charges. This has shown that he is back to his old ways and I
want him to learn a lesson behind bars. I will help him again
when he comes out after serving his sentence.”
Police spokesperson Colonel Thandi Mbambo said: “We can
confirm the victim’s nephew was arrested on 15 January and a
second suspect was arrested on 17 January. Both suspects were
charged with the use of a vehicle without the owner's
permission with the possibility of adding another charge. The
car was recovered in the possession of the second suspect.”

CHIEFS ARE ON A ROLL
Menzi Magubane

Confident Kaizer Chiefs continued with their winning form
while DStv Premiership log leaders Mamelodi Sundowns
dropped crucial points in Tuesday’s matches.
For Amakhosi it was their biggest win of the season.
They beat relegation threatened Tshakhuma Tsha
Madzivhandila 3-0. Sundowns on the other hand were held 0-0
at home by Bloemfontein Celtic.
The draw left second place Swallows with a big chance to get
on top if they win tomorrow against Chippa United.
The biggest talking point was the Chiefs' first win at home
which they did in a convincing way. Young midfielders
Nkosingiphile Ngcobo and Happy Mashiane continued with
their scoring form.
They once again registered their names on the score sheet on
Tuesday with Ngcobo giving Chiefs the lead in the first half and
Mashiane coming from the bench in the second stanza to score
the winning goal. These two also scored in Chiefs’ 2-1 win away
at Cape Town City on Saturday.
Lebohang Manyama, also coming from the bench, scored on his
first touch to give Chiefs a 2-0 lead. The best player of the
match was Samir Nurkovic who was instrumental in all Chiefs
goals.
He was named man of the match at the end of the game and
dedicated his award to Amakhosi fans.
"A team as big as Chiefs deserves nothing but victories in all
their matches. It was sad to see them struggle at the beginning.
But now I'm back and I'm enjoying my game. Chiefs fans
deserve to be happy all the time," said Nurkovic.
Tshakhuma's win was Chiefs’ third in a row and it has taken
them to seventh place. For Tshakhuma the defeat took them
down the relegation zone.
They remain in 15th place but they could find themselves
rooted at the bottom should TS Galaxy, who are in 16th place,
win tomorrow against Maritzburg United.
Meanwhile, Swallows coach Brandon Trutter and midfielder
Ruzaigh Gamildien were named coach and player of the month
for December/January. This was Trutter's second individual
monthly award for two months in succession.
