with live music and an Easter egg hunt designed to delight
guests of all ages.
There’s something for the whole family in our festive
menu by Fulvio Pierangelini. Feast on refreshing salads,
traditional Italian Easter Pie, fresh Gillardeau oysters,
succulent roast lamb and a truly mouth-watering
buffet of desserts.

Our Chef’s Recipe
Tagliolini with Fava Beans and
Pecorino Croccolo from De’Magi
Serves 4
For the pasta:
7 egg yolks
1 whole egg
200g flour
100g semolina
10g olive oil
For the sauce:
Finely chopped spring onion
3 thyme sprigs
10 basil leaves
5 Tbsp peeled fava beans
Extra virgin olive oil
1 roughly chopped tomato
1 Tbsp Pecorino Croccolo
1 Tbsp fresh ricotta
Knead the pasta ingredients into a dough and leave to rest for
30 minutes, then flatten with a rolling pin and cut into strips.
In a pan, cook the spring onion and herbs, adding a
spoonful of water after a minute. Add the beans and
simmer until tender.
Boil and drain the tagliolini, stir in the beans, Pecorino
and tomato. Serve with ricotta and a grating of Pecorino.SP RING 2020
