Introduction

This concept has been developed based on the DMSB recommendations for the
implementation of motor sport events and serves to protect our employees and
participants from further spread of the Covid-19 virus. In the following, the following
measures apply, which must be observed and complied with:

  1. General measures

o The recommended measures to prevent infection are posted in enough numbers
o The minimum distance of 1.5 meters must be maintained everywhere. If this is
not possible, a mouth/nose protection mask must be worn
o In closed rooms, especially during the paper acceptance, as well as during the
technical acceptance and the award ceremony, a mouth/nose protection mask
         must always be worn
o Disinfectant is provided in enough quantity
o All participants are strongly encouraged to refrain from participating, in their own
and in the interest of the other participants, if they have typical symptoms that
may indicate an infection with the COVID-19 virus. These are especially signs of a
cold such as fever, rhinitis or cough, as well as respiratory symptoms such as
shortness of breath or difficult breathing. If such symptoms are recognisable, the
organiser must exclude participants from participation. We strongly recommend
the use of the Corona-App of the German government to minimize the risk of
         infection. (https://www.bundesregierung.de/breg-de/themen/corona-warn-app)

                                                                                              2
2. Ticket issue

o The ticket issue will take place on Thursday, August 13, 2020 from 12:00 a.m. to
8:00 p.m. in the ticket container before entering the paddock (without valid
tickets there is no entry into the paddock)
o There are enough parking spaces near the ticket container
o Each person will receive their ticket personally only after handing in the
completed and signed self-assessment form (no issue of tickets to teammates)
o Each driver/team must submit a list of the arriving accompanying persons to the
      organizer by mail

3. Paper acceptance

o The paper acceptance will take place on Thursday, 13 August 2020 from 12:00
a.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Welcome Center (off the track)

paper acceptance (for underage drivers the signatures of both legal guardians
      MUST be provided)

available at the time of paper acceptance

4. Paddock and pits

o The areas in the paddock and the occupancy of the pits are determined and

recommended. If the discipline in the paddock does not meet the expectations,
we will impose a compulsory mask for the entire paddock at subsequent events!
