       Psalm 33:12

Call to the Word
On July 4, 1776, the final wording of the Declaration
  of Independence was officially approved, and a few
  weeks later, 56 Founding Fathers signed the
  document.

  What they wrote and signed provoked an all-out
  war…and men, women and children lost their lives
  over it. Today, we enjoy the fruits of their sacrifice.

Introduction

  men are created equal; that they are endowed by
  their Creator with certain unalienable rights; that
  among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of
  happiness; that, to secure these rights, governments
  are instituted among men, deriving their just powers

  Blessed: fortunate, prosperous, and favored by God…
  the nation referred to is happy, and its condition is
  desirable.

  LORD: Yahweh – self existent, becoming One

  The nation which worships Yahweh and is under his
  protection.

  Does the U.S. currently demonstrate a Christian
  worldview; the answer is absolutely “no.”
  Is the government of the U.S. Christian in its
  structure; the answer is “sort of.”
  The United States was structured to govern a
  particular worldview.
