Frequently Asked Questions What is iGRO? iGRO is the Orlando Regional Chamber’s Intern and new hire retention program, hosted annually in the months of June and July, designed to showcase the other half of Orlando and it is the perfect place live, work, and play. Who can participate in iGRO? Regional interns and new hires. As this program is designed to be an introduction to the region, new hires who are new to the region (two years are less) are encouraged. Who are iGRO Ambassadors? iGRO Ambassadors are comprised of YP:NEXT members who are designated to host a group of interns and new hires over the course of the program. What are Ambassador Meetups? Ambassador Meetups are in-person, physically-distanced meetups with the assigned iGRO small groups showcasing different areas of the region. Are iGRO events mandatory? We understand that schedules and capacities are fluid so all iGRO events are optional. Is there a deadline to sign up? The deadline to sign up for the iGRO program is Wednesday, May 26. How much is the iGRO Program per participant? $100 for Orlando Regional Chamber Members / Partnership Investors $200 for non-members / non-Investors
