Pool Rules-COVID PROTECTION ROUTINES WILL BE IN PLACE
Women must have a lined swimsuit.
Men must have lined swim trunks.
All infants must have a Disposable Swim Diaper.
No Floaties in the pool. Only approved lifejackets are allowed.
Children 9 & under must be accompanied by an adult (16 or over) at all times.
Children 6 & under must have an adult in the water within arm’s reach at all times.
All children under 18 must have a parent sign a new emergency release form to enter the pool.
Pool Parties are not allowed during regular hours.
*EVERYONE MUST HAVE A SIGNED RELEASE FORM ON FILE IN ORDER TO SWIM!

Private Parties
The Brookshire Pool is a great place to relax, have fun and celebrate any occasion.
Brookshire Pool can be rented out for special occasions for only a small fee.
To reserve the pool there is a deposit of $100.00 that must be paid at the Dick Kingsville Park
office in order to reserve your date and time. The pool rents for $40.00 per hour with a 4 hour
max. This will be determined by a headcount of how many people are anticipated attend the party.
And $15.00 per hour for each guard required. Reservations are to be made at the Kingsville Parks
Office. The rental time includes clean-up time. Any changes or cancellations must be made at
least two weeks in advance to qualify for deposit refund. You will be provided pool rules and you
must make sure that your party attendees follow all rules as well.

RED CROSS LEARN TO SWIM CLASSES
Swim Lessons are the best way to get children ready for the water.
Sessions are Tuesday through Friday for two weeks. This is a total of eight classes that run for forty-
five (45) minutes each day. Cost is $45.00 per child. Family rate available.
ALL KIDS MUST BE SKILL TESTED BEFORE PLACEMENT IN SWIM LESSON CLASS

Registrations for Lessons will only be done after pre test at the pool.
Testing days are scheduled for Saturday May 22nd 9am—Noon,
Wed. May 26th 4pm-6pm and Saturday, June 5th 9am-Noon
All of the staff are Red Cross Certified and are excited to teach.

Javelina Country Stars Summer Track Program
in partnership with Kingsville Parks & Recreation
Four-week program from June 1 to June 25 at Javelina Stadium.
Anyone entering the stadium must wear a mask.
Registration – May 13, May 20, May 25 from 5:30 to 6:30pm at Javelina Stadium
or before practices.
First Practice June 1st 8 am
Practices – 8:00-9:00 am for kids up to 9 years old
10 to 18- year olds - 8:00-9:30 am
Practices are Monday-Thursday
Ages 3-17 (3-6-year olds must have somebody stay at practices)
Meets for 2009 and younger are on Friday am
Meets for 2003-2008 are on Friday evenings.
All regular meets in Coastal Bend Area.
Cost for the 4-week program is $50.00 (Covers T-shirt and AAU membership)
