those traveling longer distance to ministry sight devotions will be done on the way).
9:00am: Run van routes. (One of the things you will establish during your Sunday afternoon
ministry prep time is your van route. You will be asked to drive vans to area apartment
complexes and homes for the purpose of picking up children. Due to many of the mission
churches not having resources for a van route ministry, you will be responsible for the
transportation of area children to and from your ministry. The van routes are an incredible
experience!)
10:00am: Registration and Ministry. (You will be given registration cards that will carbon copy.
As you know this info is vital for follow up. One copy you will leave for pastor of your ministry
sight and another with our staff. You will be given funds to help purchase the food you will
provide to the children you are ministering to. Please remember you will have a three hour time
frame for ministry. Please allow time to feed the children lunch.)
1:00pm: Run van routes. (Take children home.)
1:30pm: Lunch for Mission Team. (Our kitchen will provide lunch in coolers for your student
ministry as this meal will need to be eaten on the field. Please remember to pick up your coolers
each morning and bring them back each evening Please bring two large coolers from home to
allow our cook to place them in.)
2:30pm: Knock on doors—ministry promotion. (This will be an incredible opportunity for your
students to continue promotion for your ministry in the area immediately surrounding your
