The Holmdel Swim Club is tucked away
on over 8 acres on Bailey Lane. The
property is full of mature trees which
provide natural shade and there are also
several shade structures.
This season chairs & lounges will not be
available (subject to change)

SUNDAY, JULY 25, 2021
The Swim Club is hosting the
Monmouth County Swim Conference Championships.
The Swim Club will open at 12:00 PM on this date
Swim Meets: TBA
If a home meet is scheduled for a Wednesday night, the main pool closes at
4:30 pm, the rest of the Swim Club remains open (1 to 2 times)
Dive Meets: TBA
If a home meet is scheduled the Dive Tank closes at 5:30 pm,
the rest of the Swim Club remains open. (2 to 3 times)
Swim/Dive Team Awards Night
Wednesday, July 28th
The Swim Club Closes at 5:30 PM on this date.
Holmdel Police Youth Academy
May visit the Swim Club on Friday August 6 & August 13th.
Covid Protocols
Subject to change as
state guidelines are updated
Chairs/Lounges will not be in use at this time
Members will continue to scan their own ID's when
entering
High touch point areas will be cleaned on a
continual basis
The Locker Room cleaning schedule implemented
in 2020 will remain in place
At this time social distancing is still required.
Face coverings are required when using the
bathrooms
Bathrooms will remain one way foot traffic
Foot coverings are required in locker rooms
Lockers will not be in use (subject to change)
Loaner sports equipment will not be available,
members are encouraged to bring their own
We anticipate sand volleyball and the GaGa pit and
will be open in 2021

GENERAL INFORMATION
Swim Team is for children 6 & up
Monmouth County Swim Conference Teams: Holmdel,
Hazlet, Marlboro, Candlewood (Howell), Monmouth
Heights (Freehold), Freehold YMCA
Meets are held on Wednesday afternoon and Saturday
mornings from June 28-July 23, 2021
PRACTICES
(NEW TIMES FOR 2021)
PRE-SEASON: June 7 - 18, 2021 AFTER SCHOOL
(TIMES MAY BE ADJUSTED)
4:30-5:30 PM 8 & under
5:00-5:45 PM 9/10 (summer & winter swimmers)
5:45-6:30 PM 11 & up (summer/winter swimmers)
IN SEASON: June 24- July 23, 2021 - MORNINGS
7:15 to 8:05 - age 11 and up
8:10 to 9:00 - 9 and up
9:05 to 9:55 - age 9/10
10 to 10:30 - age 8 and under
REGISTRATION FEES
WITH FULL SEASON FAMILY SWIM CLUB
MEMBERSHIP:
$75/first child and $50/each additional child
SWIM TEAM ONLY (no swim club membership)
access to swim club is only during Swim Team
activities:
$300(resident) $350 (non-resident)

No previous swimming experience necessary

HURRICANES DIVE TEAM

Registration Opens May 15th
GENERAL INFORMATION
Dive team is for children 6-18
Children must be able to jump into deep water,
surface and swim to the ladder at the side of the
pool
Meets are held on Monday & Thursday evenings
Please note meets are run by parent volunteers, all
parents will be requested to help out at meets
Please note: space on the Dive Team is limited
PRACTICES
Practices are held Tuesday, Thursday & Sunday
evenings
Start date to be determined.
Tuesday/Thursday
5:00 - 5:45 PM 10 & under
6:00 - 7:00 PM 11 & up
Sundays
4:30-5:15 PM 10 & under
5:30-6:30 PM 11 & up

FOR NEW MEMBERS OF THE DIVE TEAM ONLY

No experience is necessary
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
DIVE TEAM IS OPEN TO SWIM CLUB MEMBERS ONLY
$65/person
If you are new to the Dive Team, please do not register
until after tryouts.
HOW DO I REGISTER?
For 2019 or 2020 Members Returning for the 2021 Season
By phone through the Recreation Office, Town Hall, 9 AM - 4 PM,
Monday-Friday, 732-946-2820 ext. 1225.
By mail: send your completed application, paperwork and
payment to Holmdel Swim Club, 4 Crawfords Corner Road,
Holmdel, NJ 07733. Checks payable to: Holmdel Swim Club
Online at anytime: https://register.communitypass.net/holmdel
DO NOT bring your ID cards to the office or send them in the mail.
Just bring them the first day you attend the Swim Club during the
2021 season and they will be validated at that time.
New members for the 2021 Season

Please note:
Member must be present with guest at all times.
Members 18 & under may bring a guest provided
the guest is over 21 years of age.

FAMILY MEMBERSHIP Limit 25 guest passes for season
INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP Limit 20 guest passes for season
SENIOR CITIZEN Limit 20 guest passes for season
SOLD ONLINE ONLY $12/person
Passes are electronic and loaded directly
into your online account after purchase.
Passes can be purchased through the Recreation Office by phone
Monday - Friday, 8:30-4:30 PM or
through your online Community Pass account 24/7.
Please note the Recreation Office is NOT open on weekends/holidays
Members are responsible for the guest they bring to the Swim Club
Guest passes (Punch Cards) are non-refundable after purchase.
