entered. The final entered participants can be seen on the championship website: www.f4c.no

Final Entry (FEF) and Delivery of Personal Data
Although the closing date for entries is April 15, 2020, we would appreciate very much to
receive the FEF as soon as possible, preferably end of Mars. The reason for that is, that we
are already working on the official printed program which will include a short introduction of
the participants (including portrait pictures). For helpers we need a limited set of
information. We will send a form to the TM who will provide the required information.
3The Flightline
The flight line in both F4C and F4H is north/south. The pilots view is towards west in F4C and
east in F4H with aprox 200m separation back to back.
4Model Crates (Transport and Shipment)
Meanwhile the teams are already preparing their own journey, and also the transportation of their
models. If models are being shipped by air transport, the shipment address is the following:
Jarlsberg Luftsportsenter
Flyplassveien 6
3170 Sem
Norway
Mark all cargo with: “Sportsutstyr VM Skala 2020”
If there are issues for the local shipping company in Norway at delivery time, they may contact
Roger Heggelund (on the airfield) or Pål Anthonisen of our committee ( live nearby the airfield):
Roger Heggelund mobil 0047 47618781
Pål Lindèn Anthonisen mobil 0047 92255495
A return address label for your model crate must be provided by each pilot at the conclusion of the
Scale World Championship and affixed to the model crate by the pilot.
Shipments by any other means or car/camper/truck must be handled directly by the model owner or
pilot.
Fuel, Gas, Batteries and Compressed Air
• Due to airline restrictions on the transportation of fuel, including jet fuel and oil and also
batteries, supplies will be available on site for competitors if needed.
• If you are not able to transport your own supplies, please contact us until end of May by email
paul.anthonisen@gmail.com. We will provide the required supplies to you, which must be paid
during the check-in and registration through the TM at the airfield.
• Power plugs for air compressors and charging devices are delivered by the organizers for each
team at their space in the model hangar.
Accommodation
Since the competition takes place during summer high season, please book your accommodation
as soon as possible. Contacts see Bulletin 1 - Accommodation.
Camping on site is possible with power and WC/shower. 20 euro night. Payment at the site when
arriving. TM must send in reservation for the Team before 15th april. Form will be on the website.
