Who We Are
AT&S was incorporated in Singapore in 2009 with the goal to provide the entire spectrum of products and
services to the Oil & Gas and Marine sectors, bringing AquaTerra and SSH together in a synergistic manner.
At formation, we became the only Singapore-based company and one of the largest in the Southeast Asian
region to offer the entire spectrum of products and services to these industries.
The Group is headquartered in Singapore, where we have office and warehousing facilities of over 800,000 square
feet, enabling us to maintain a good level and variety of stocks to meet the requirements of customers, and also
offer alternative brands for various equipment. Now serving the energy sector and other related industries, the
Group also has offices and warehouses in key markets such as China, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Thailand, and
Vietnam to cater to our global customers.
With over 150 years of combined historical track record and more than 8,000 clients served, the Group’s strength
lies in the strong understanding of technical requirements of the industries in which we serve.

Born in 1940, Chop Sin Soon Huat survived the tumultuous years of Singapore’s founding and, hand in hand with
our country’s own growth, expanded to become one of the region’s largest industrial material suppliers.
Our exponential growth culminated in the successful listing on the SESDAQ of the Singapore Stock Exchange
in 1995 as Sin Soon Huat Ltd.
We were honoured to be a key contributor to the building of the Shell Eastern Petrochemicals Complex in
Singapore in 2006. This facility laid the foundation to Singapore’s entrenchment as South East Asia’s Oil & Gas
hub.
In 2010, SSH joined the AT&S Group of Companies. This was followed by being awarded the HSBC Singapore’s

Founded in 1972 as Aqua-Terra Supply, we began life as a hardware supplier of hand tools and general supplies.
Over the years, we eventually evolved to cover an increasingly broad spectrum of products and services in the
Oil & Gas/Offshore industries.
In 2004, we conducted a successful IPO on the SESDAQ of the Singapore Stock Exchange. A mainboard listing
was achieved 2 years later and was followed by 3 consecutive years of Singapore’s Fastest Growing 50 award,
from 2007 to 2009.

Oceanic was founded in 2003 and has since evolved into one of Singapore’s most prominent and credible
Offshore Marine suppliers and service providers.
Oceanic became a part of the AquaTerra Group of Companies in 2010 and has since operated as one of their
subsidiaries. In 2013, Oceanic was awarded the 2012/2013 Circle of Excellence in Offshore & Marine Industry for
being in Singapore’s Top 20 Marine Equipment & Supplies.
Oceanic specialises in the distribution of quality steel wire ropes, mooring equipment, anchors, anchor chains
and its related components. Additionally, Oceanic provides complementary, value-added services such as
fabrications, rigging, and testing.
Today, Oceanic houses a fully equipped rigging plant, with warehousing facilities and a comprehensive range of
machinery to facilitate our services. As an approved test centre, Oceanic has qualified and experienced LEEA-
certified inspectors to carry out testing and recertification of lifting gear, lifting equipment, crane blocks, slings,
and shackles, etc.
