Friday, September 17 t h : 2:30 PM to 7:00 PM training time trial
Saturday, September 18 t h : 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM training time trial
4:00 PM to 7:00 PM competition time trial

Sunday, September 19 t h : 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM training time trial

*The schedule may be subject to changes according to the number of participants
and weather condit ions.
REGISTRATION
The registration will take place through World Skate Entry Platform from
August, 20th to September, 3rd 2021.
Due to COVID-19 regulations on international and domestic travel, venue
logistics and event organization, World Skate and the Organizers require the
registration of essential National Team Staff only .
Please note that only athletes and staff members who have completed the
Athletes/NTOs Section in the World Skate Sports Entry Platform are eligible
to be registered to the event.

hesitate to contact us at platform@worldskate.org .4 ENTRY FEE Each participating athlete will pay the following fee: 95 EUR The Accreditation Point will be open from Friday, September 17th (morning time) at the Square in front of Bettola’s Municipality. We invite you to check the opening times and travel requirements with the embassy/consulate of your country and to consider booking an appointment in advance as the process might be slower than usual due to the pandemic situation. Please note that invitation letters can be issued only after performing the

registration on World Skate Sports Entry Platform. No exceptions can be
made.
ENTRY AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS TO ITALY
Exemptions for entries for national sporting competitions
(source: Italian Ministry of Health - Exemptions)
Given the latest Italian Ministerial Decree (2 March 2021), international
athletes and support staff are allowed to enter Italy when participating in
competitions of national interest, if the following criteria are met:
● all participants must have undergone a molecular or antigenic test,
carried out by means of a swab, in the 48 hours prior to entering the
Italian territory, with negative results (vaccinated people or those
recovered from Covid -19 INCLUDED);
● fill in the Digital Passenger Locator Form before entering Italy
Participants arriving from EU countries must check the requirements in place
in their country of residence before traveling to Italy.
All participants are required to comply with the protocols issued by their
national sports federations and the event organiser.

COVID-19 PROTOCOL
Being the athletes, judges and all the staff working in the event, the absolute
priority for World Skate, together with the Medical Commission and WMI we
have created the following COVID -19 Protocol which will be applied at the
event in order to guarantee all parties are healthy and safe. You can

The Covid Manager of the event is
Maddalena Paolucci (phone: +39 3478671138) . The Covid Testing Area will be
open from Friday, September 17th (morning ti me) to Sunday, September
19th. The pharmacies nearby will be available for testing as well, from 8:30
AM to 7:30 PM.8
The cost for the Covid tests are the following:
- Rapid/Antigen test: 10 EUR
- PCR test (if any travel requirement): 80 EUR; this service is available
until Saturday, September 18th at 12 PM.
You can also check the Covid testing options available at the airport, each
rapid test will have an approximate cost of 20 EUR.
Any costs related to quarantine must be borne by the participants, who must
remain isolated in the hotel.
