      The Romanian Boxing Federation with great pleasure and honor, cordially invites
your distinguished federation to participate in the INTERNATIONAL JUNIOR AND YOUTH
MEN'S & WOMENS TOURNAMENT BRASOV OPEN from 22th till 28th February
2022 which it be held in, BRASOV, ROMANIA.
Please find below the tournaments terms and conditions of participation as well as
schedule of activities.

5. Number of Rounds

Three (3) rounds of three (3) minutes, one (1) minute rest between rounds.

6. Scoring System

New AIBA Scoring System will be used.

7. Referees & Judges

All Referees & Judges (AIBA R&J with stars only) will be appointed by their respective
National Federation.

8. Registration

A. Boxers:
-AIBA National Member Federations can send more then one (1) boxer in each weight
category
- One (1) reserve boxer per weight category may be entered in the final registration

B. Number of Team Officials:
- Each team can have the following number of officials in its delegation:
 1 - 4 boxers: 2 coaches + 1 R&J (AIBA 1/2/3 Star)
 5 - 8 boxers: 3 coaches + 1 R&J (AIBA 1/2/3 Star)
9 - 10 boxers: 4 coaches + 1 R&J (AIBA 1/2/3 Star)
- All coaches must have the AIBA certification which EUBC will check at the time of
registration as without the AIBAcertification

- In addition, each team may be accompanied by one (1) Team Manager and one (1)
physiotherapist
- Only coaches and boxers will be allowed to enter the boxers’ locker rooms.

9. Sport Check

A. The Sport Entries Check will take place on February 22, 2022. Teams will be informed
of the exact date and time of their appointment during accreditation after arrival. Please
make sure to arrive in Brasov, Romania on or prior to February 22, 2022.

Each Team delegation can appoint a maximum of 2 persons to attend the Sport
EntriesCheck.
Each Team Delegation’s representatives will have a 10-minute appointment with EUBC
Officials to confirm the entry list of their delegation, the spelling of boxers’ names, the
uniforms, national flag and anthem and to present the official documents listed below to
EUBC.
Your representative(s) must present:
1. Entry list of the delegation
2. Passports of each boxer.
3. Record Books of each boxer.
4. Uniform examples.
5. Results of Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C and HIV tests, not older than 12 months (boxers)
6. EUBC General Participation Form signed by all team members
7. EUBC Code of Conduct signed by all team members
8. AIBA Medical certificates issued within the last 3 months for each boxer.
9. COVID-19 Declaration of No symptoms Form signed by all team members
10.COVID-19 Liability Waiver Form signed by all team members

B. Each Team Delegation (every participating country) must bring the following:
- National flag 1x 1.50m
- National anthem (on MP3 or CD)

C. Boxer’s Uniform:
- Each boxer must bring two sets of uniform – red and blue
- All uniforms must follow the AIBA uniform guidelines in the Rules.

10. Boxing Equipment

The LOC will provide AIBA approved and licensed boxing gloves, headguards (for
womens) for all boxers and all bouts. Both boxing gloves and headguards are compulsory

official items which all boxers must wear as they will not be allow to wear their personal
ones.

11. Transportation

A. Airport or Railway Station Reception:
- All participants will be welcomed at Targu Mures Airport, Sibiu Airport or Henry Coanda
Airport (Bucharest)

B. Ground Transportation:
- There will be a welcome desk to guide all teams to the ground transportation
- The LOC will provide local transportation between Hotel, Competition Venue and
Training Venue(s) during the Tournament Period

12. Accommodation for Team Delegations

A.LOC will provide, free of charge accomodation and meals, to all Team Delegations
as follows:
- Single room (1 person per room), including 3 meals - as per availability
- Double rooms (2 persons per room), including 3 meals

B. The entry fee in the competition
- Each person (boxers/coaches/NF representatives) will pay 45 euro / day as the
entry fee in the competition!

C. Extra Team Officials:
- No Extra Team Official is allowed to stay at the Team Delegation Hotel
- LOC assistance can only be given in finding rooms in a different hotel than the Team
Delegation Hotel

70 Euro per person, per day, including 3 meals in double room
90 Euros per person, per day, including 3 meals in single room.

13. COVID-19 PROTOCOL
The event is approved as professional sport event with a very strict
countermeasure concept and therefore the EUBC Event Management Protocol
during COVID-19 pandemicwill be implemented.
According to the current COVID-19 situation in the Host City at the time of the
Championships, there will be an update regarding all the requirements and
protocols to be followed. The following is what will be mandatory, regardless of the
situation:
• Every Participant need to bring a negative Covid-19 PCR test upon arrival to
Brasov.
• Nobody is allowed to leave the hotel at any time during the tournament period.
• Masks must be worn at all times in the areas recommended LOC and COVID-19
Managers.
• Distance minimum 1,5m at any time.
• Disinfection fluid and hand sanitizers must be used as often as possible.
• Temperature measurement for all participants every day.
• Rapid tests will be done randomly for all groups of participants.

14. Insurance

All participants are requested to get their own travel and medical insurance.
LOC will provide liability insurance only at the Competition Venue for all participants.

15. Medical Care

The LOC will provide medical care and first-aid during the entire event to all participants
who suffer from a sport injury (contracted during the event).

16. Medals

Gold, Silver and 2 (two) Bronze Medals will be awarded along with diplomas to the
winners in each weight category.

17. Training Facility

The LOC will provide required training facilities

18. Registration

A. The preliminary registration form is to be sent by email at officefrbox@gmail.com by
January 24 2022

B. The final registration form along with the passport copies of all boxers is to be sent
at officefrbox@gmail.com by February 8 2022

19. Visa

The LOC will grant assistance to all delegations on visa matters.
