Renters.pl supports apartment- and home-owners in managing
short-term rentals and helps them earn more by maximizing their
revenue. We can do so much more together!

WHAT DO WE DO?
By monitoring a number of factors that affect the effectiveness of
short-term rentals, implementing our own pricing tools and conducting
professional surveys of the property rental market, we increase return
on investments by up to 50% compared to the competition. We’ve
accommodated over 140,000 guests and secured PLN 128 million in
income for homeowners on Renters.pl – our valued customers. Most of
them were referred to us by other property owners who had entrusted
their apartments to us and are now enjoying the additional profits.

We help our customers earn more by providing additional services.
We decorate apartments and help present them in the best possible light,
and also prepare ads for the most popular booking websites. In short,
we support apartment owners every step of the way, lightening the load
in managing their properties and taking care of some of the most
mundane tasks, including delivering keys, checking up on apartments,
and responding to e-mails and inquiries from guests.

HOW IT ALL STARTED?
Our story begins with two couples from Świnoujście, Marta and Kamil
and Aniela and Sebastian, who built 15 houses on the Wolin Island and
began renting them to tourists. In time, the number of guests exceeded
the number of properties, so they started looking for other property
owners that they could start working with. Today, short-term property
rental is a major trend on the Polish market and Renters.pl is present
in five of the country’s biggest cities, as well as in a number of smaller
tourist hotspots by the Baltic Sea.

OUR ACHIEVEMENTS
We’re growing at an incredible rate, reaching 400%, year-on-year growth
before the pandemic. COVID-19 hasn’t stopped us, and we're presently
growing at a rate of around 100% despite the lockdown. Aggressive
online marketing has been key in helping our company grow rapidly over
the past two years.

ACQUIRING HOMEOWNERS ON A B2B WEBSITE
We closely follow the actions of competing companies in the way of acquiring an owner on their
websites. We have observed that most large companies mistakenly combine owner's advertising
with tourist advertising on one page, reducing the readability of the message and deteriorating
their communication path, which leads to an increase in customer acquisition costs.
Our B2B Renters.pl website is dedicated exclusively to apartment owners, which gives it a clear
message that increases traffic conversion. Each owner goes directly to the representative
representing the region.

The website is equipped with a number of tools to encourage contact

dynamic price management, communication and guest experience, marketing, sales and team

well-thought-out strategy for creating specialst teams. As the fastest growing Polish
company in the real estate rental sector, our team has grown several times over the last
two years. This need resulted from the creation of new jobs focused on specialist
knowledge on a given issue. Our employees regularly train in new technologies,
implemented services and communication with the client to improve their guest
experience. While competitive companies focus only on acquiring individual clients from
external booking portals, we, thanks to active investment in the development of the
company and employees, can expand our services by increasing our base by:

Corporate clients – both for business trips and private stays by offering attractive pricess
communicated by their HR departments. At Renters.pl, a dedicated department uses
Pipedrive software and automates the bidding process to maximize conversion from
acquiring a business customer.

Homeowners interested in long-term rental – for them we create a dedicated B2B
website presenting the new offer. Thanks to the extension of our services to long-term
rental, together with the owner, we can earn money on apartments that, in terms of
their location or standard, will not work well for short-term rental.

Investors and developers – soon we will launch the Renters Real Estate website, thanks
to which we will be able to sell luxurious apartments directly from developers on
commission. Later they return to us in the form of short-term rentals. We already know
about several hundred apartments in prestigious locations that will be entrusted to us in
2021 and 2022 as the official short-term rental operator.

How do we increase our reach by acquiring more and more reservations every year?
Operating dynamic prices and placing offers on commission booking portals are not
enough to achieve maximum occupancy and revenue.

At Renters.pl, we place emphasis on acquiring own bookings, which reduce expenses per
booking. We have created a special department called Presales, which is focused only on
obtaining commission-free reservations. They use special tools to increase sales.

Newslettery with discount codes and Pipedrive for sales funnels.
Own distribution network – white label for our partner websites.
Social WiFi – obtaining marketing consent and unencrypted e-mail addresses of guests
for newsletters. Only positive feedback is exported to Google Maps.
LiveChat and Callpage – plugins for a dedicated website with a booking engine -
encourage a conversation with a consultant and order a free phone call.
Chatbot – which answers the most popular questions, collects customer data from the
contact form and, if necessary, redirects them to a free consultant.

knowledge of the guest's profile, we can get even more reservations by placing
advertisements on websites targeting a given region, e.g. for the West Pomeranian
coast, the German portals Traum-Ferienwohnungen or Ferienhausmiete are perfect.

What will we be able to do by creating our own software? Thanks to
many years of experience, we know exactly what we expect from the
software for managing the housekeeping team and the ongoing
management of costs incurred as part of servicing the apartment.

Currently, there is no perfect software on the market that combines all
the functionality that would be the most optimal for us, i.e. team
management, work control, invoicing and cost reporting, increasing the
percentage of financial recovery for damage, feedback improving the flow
of information, and thus - opinions from guests.

Building a dedicated software that meets our needs is a better solution
than paying for many different software from third parties, because it
will reduce our monthly expenses.
