The Cologne chocolate Museum was founded in1993 and financed by Dr.
Hans Imhoff, then chairman of the governing body of Stollwerck, a
Cologne company with a long tradition. Today it is an independent,
one-of-a-kind museum providing insight into a variety of aspects of thepast and present of chocolate and cocoa in an exciting way.
Today the Chocolate museum is located at the site in Cologne where in
the middle ages the shippers on the Rhine River anchored and reloaded.
Like a futuristic ship made of glass and aluminium, it stands on the
peninsula of the Rhine, directly in front of the Old City and near Cologne
Cathedral. The visitor crosses an old swing bridge from the Rhine
Promenade to reach the museum.

Cologne, a 2,000-year-old city spanning the Rhine River in western
Germany, is the region’s cultural hub. A landmark of High Gothic
architecture set amid reconstructed old town, the twin-spired Cologne
Cathedral is also known for its gilded medieval reliquary and sweeping
river views. A local guide will fascinate you with the facts and history of the
area.

Phantasialand proudly calls itself 'Europe's most unique theme park'. The
wild water rapids, mystery castle, Hollywood tour, space centre and
