Fair Entry Q&A What is the website for Fair Entry? County Fair: https://clintoniowa.fairentry.com/ Iowa State Fair Livestock: https://iowastatefair4hlivestock.fairentry.com/ How do I log in? If you have a 4hOnline account, log in with it! Even if you are only showing FFA, still login with your 4hOnline account and then change the club. See login flowchart here. I don’t remember by 4hOnline password, now what? DO NOT reset your password from Fair Entry. Visit the NEW 4hOnline at v2.4honline.com, re- set your password THEN go back to Fair Entry. (Why? The short version is there is a glitch be- tween the old 4hOnline and the new one.) The new 4hOnline logo is this: Is there a video I can watch to show me how to make entries? YES! Fair Entry created one and Amanda hosted a Fair Entry 101 session last year. Is there a step-by-step help sheet? YES! Fair Entry created one. I need help from a real person, what do I do? We have staff available to help you on the phone, via Zoom, email, or in-person. The good news is that most questions are easily answered and we can respond quickly! However all staff have different knowledge of the system. We will get better every year but it will take time. Please be patient. Extended Fair Entry office hours are 5-7 pm on June 29. Do I have to pay an exhibitor fee? No. County Fair 4-H/FFA exhibitor fees are waived for 2021. It just isn’t working, what do I do? Fair Entry has TONS of tiny details that sometimes we can miss editing from year to year. PLEASE call or email us if something is off. When is the deadline? ALL exhibits must be entered by 11:59 pm July 1. NO EXCEPTIONS. This means Clothing, Communications, Livestock, Conference Judging Day, Performance Beef, EVERYTHING. Exception: Clover Kids are highly encouraged to register so we can plan accordingly. All links are shared on: https://www.extension.iastate.edu/clinton/content/4-h-fair-projects 2
