MISSION
Efficiently implementing brand communication for all four business divisions of
L'Oréal Deutschland in a brand-compliant manner - this includes adaptation,
transcreation and technical tasks as well as pre-press and print management.

CHALLENGE
Static workflows and a plethora of agencies acting independently of one another can
hamper the unified implementation of advertising media.

SOLUTION
Only the restructuring of the production and marketing processes was able to establish
order for the brand and agency chaos. Our systematic CREA LOUNGE solution
allowed us to slim down processes, centralize workflows and incorporate the remaining
agencies into the system – change management included.
OUR SOLUTION
» CREA LOUNGE is a centralised database system that keeps all
  information in one place thus rendering a local filing system
  unnecessary.

» A holistic briefing template that is tailored to the client’s needs
  and requirements standardises the briefing process. It also
  ensures that the agency receives all necessary details regarding
  the assignment to get started right after the brief.

» All assignments will be handled in BrandLab, censhare’s web
  user interface. Users can access BrandLab from every computer
  to keep track of their projects and be able to respond
  immediately to ToDos.
OUR SOLUTION
» Each assignment will undergo every workflow step. When selecting the
  workflow target for a specific assignment the user can gather information
  regarding the status of the assignment, the responsible project manager,
  and the person currently working on the files.

» Correction requests are always traceable as they are made directly through
  Brand Lab. Only the most recent or updated documents are stored, thus
  eliminating the risk of accidentally working on old files..

» A monthly report provides the project managers with detailed information
  about each completed assignment. It also helps to optimise the internal
  process as well as to track budgets and expenses.
