MEMBERSHIP Two People, All Four Days, From £189 Includes: • Admission to the Event for two people on all four days • Parking in the Members’ Car Park • Exclusive access to the Members’ Enclosure • Exclusive access to the North Stand of the Grandstand on Thursday and Friday to watch the Dressage The vibrant Members’ Enclosure is situated at the heart of the Event, within a few steps of the grandstand and with views of the stunningly beautiful Burghley House. Open from 8am each day, breakfast is served until 9.30am and an array of options is available for the remainder of the day, including a full a la carte menu in the Winner’s Enclosure Restaurant, the delights of a Buffet, Seafood Bar, Sandwich Shop, Coffee Bar and, of course, the Pimms Tent. Accompanied at various times throughout the day by the band in the adjacent Bandstand, this truly is the perfect way to experience Land Rover Burghley. Please note: children aged 12 years and under when accompanied by a Member do not require an admission ticket or Members/ Guest Badge to enter the Members’ Enclosure. However, all children do require a Members/Guest Badge to use the North Stand of the Grandstand on Thursday and Friday. Please note: a Membership does not include Grandstand seats on the Sunday. It is strongly advised that Sunday grandstand seats are booked in advance as they do sell out. For those wishing to fully make a holiday of Land Rover Burghley there is the sought after Caravan Membership which includes all of the benefits detailed above plus a caravan pitch and reserved parking space at Burghley Golf Club which is within the grounds of the Burghley Estate. One further vehicle may be parked at the Golf Club on purchase of the appropriate Caravan Car Park Pass in advance. Horseboxes and tents are not permitted. Please note: this is a greenfield site with no hook-ups. Generators are accommodated in specific blocks; if bringing a generator it is essential that a generator pitch is selected at the time of booking. Generators brought to non generator blocks will be removed. Land Rover Burghley Horse Trials comprises of Dressage which takes place in the Main Arena on the Thursday and
Friday, Cross Country which takes place out on the Cross Country course around the Park on the Saturday and
Showjumping in the Main Arena on the Sunday. Members have access to the North Stand in the Main Arena on the
Thursday and Friday however if you are not a Member it is possible to purchase grandstand seats to watch the action.
It is strongly advised that seats are purchased in advance of the Event as these do sell out.
Please note: children aged 12 years and under when accompanied by an adult are admitted to the showground free of charge.
If wishing to enter the grandstand children do require a ticket for a grandstand seat. No dogs are allowed in the Grandstand,

PICNIC PARKING
Saturday is Cross Country day and what better way to enjoy the action than to picnic out on the course. For visitors
not wishing to stray too far from their cars when socialising, there is a designated Picnic Parking area by the lake,
opposite the beautiful Burghley House and for visitors requiring that extra space even closer to the action, there
are 15 spacious front row picnic pitches offering front and rear facing parking. Picnic Parking must be booked in
advance and does sell out quickly so make sure you go online at burghley-horse.co.uk to book your spot.
LAKESIDE PAVILIONS
Attending Land Rover Burghley with a group of friends, or perhaps celebrating that special birthday… a recent
innovation is the introduction of Lakeside Pavilions. These beautifully crafted wooden pavilions, courtesy of Crown
Pavilions, are available to hire on Thursday, Friday or Sunday and come with their own private garden, indoor and
outdoor furniture, one power socket and closed circuit TV so that you can keep up with the action. All that is left for
you to supply is the food and friends.
There is a parking space for one vehicle behind the Pavilion and the package includes one car pass and four
admission tickets. The Pavilion can accommodate 12 people and admission tickets for these additional eight guests
can be purchased when booking.
Pavilions cost £650+VAT for Thursday, Friday or Sunday and must be booked via the Land Rover Burghley Horse
Trials Administration Office. To book your Thursday, Friday or Sunday 2018 Lakeside Pavilion or to be added to the

HOSPITALITY
For those seeking a full VIP experience then AR Events will be able to fulfil your every need. The hospitality
enclosure houses both the Burghley VIP Restaurant and Private Hospitality Pavilions. The Burghley VIP Restaurant
provides an excellent location for entertaining small groups of clients; bookings are taken from 2 upwards with
private tables guaranteed for parties of 8 up to 12. Private Hospitality Pavilions are available for the whole event or
individual days for parties exceeding 30 guests. As well as having all the benefits of the Burghley VIP Restaurant,
Private Hospitality Pavilion holders also enjoy their own external personalised sign, plus the ability to fly their
