    Parents/Caregivers must fill out a one-time registration form

    Watch for care. Please bring a valid ID as well so that staff can
    make a copy in order to have current information for you. This
    step will be required for ALL participants new/returning. We ask
    that you allot 10-15 minutes PRIOR to working out for the first
    visit for our staff to update your info.

    Parents/Caregivers must bring their own supplies needed for
    care for each child. These supplies include but are NOT limited
    to: diapers, wipes, a change of clothes, snacks, burp cloths,
    snacks, and a prepared bottle. Per the NCDHHS guidelines,
    children under 5 years old are not required to wear a face
    covering, however for those able, we do recommend wearing a
    face covering in our facility.

Torch those calories with this high-energy, low-impact aquatic aerobics
class!

ARTHRITIS FOUNDATION YMCA AQUATIC PROGRAM (AFYAP)
Have fun with a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular
strength, range of motion, and activities for daily living for anyone with
arthritis. All exercises are Arthritis Foundation Approved.

DEEP WATER FITNESS
With no-impact on joints, enjoy a cardio workout that will increase
strength, endurance and flexibility. Improve your muscle tone and
balance while having fun in the water.

     People who participate in a group are more likely to achieve their fitness goals and stay active. Our offerings are changing and
     expanding frequently. The most up-to-date schedule will be on our app and website, and will also be emailed to members.

     We strongly recommend arriving a few minutes early! Members must bring their own equipment necessary for class (i.e. yoga mats,
     weights).
