Triple Wren Farms began as a micro wholesale cut flower farm in 2012. In the
past 9 years it has grown into a flourishing and diverse farming enterprise, with
over 80% of its revenue now coming from nursery sales of products shipped
throughout the United States. Triple Wren Farms also still operates a thriving
wholesale cut flower division with distribution throughout the greater Pacific
Northwest, as well as an on-farm agritourism program.
Steve and Sarah Pabody started Triple Wren
Farms on a shoe-string budget with no prior
farming experience, and have grown the
business into a profitable operation that
supports other families, shares beauty, provides
flower-growing education to its customers,
and aims to do good in the farming community.Founders
Sarah
Pabody
Sarah Pabody founded Triple
Wren Farms in 2012. She owns
and operates the first generation
family farm together with her
husband, Steve, where they
Share Beauty by growing and
selling amazing cut flowers and
dahlia tubers and inviting visitors
to the farm for workshops and
Open Farm events.
Her heart to share beauty extends
far beyond the flowers at Triple Wren,
as she actively and intentionally
shares the beauty of God’s Word
with women and seeks to help
them Cultivate their hearts.
At the farm, Sarah works closely
with our field crew and office
managers to handle harvesting,
production, field plantings, and
dahlia tuber shipping. She is a
detailed planner (hello, Type 3
wing 2!), and is thankful for her
visionary partner.Founders
Steve
Pabody
Steve Pabody has been farming
with his wife, Sarah, since 2012,
bringing his strong background
skills of marketing and PR to
Triple Wren Farms’ mission of
Sharing Beauty.
The family farm business is an
all-hands-on-deck endeavor,
but Steve specializes in sales,
logistics, and maintenance. He
is the visionary of Triple Wren’s
future, readily seeing the forest,
never getting lost in the trees.
He is truly the heart of Triple
Wren, and an encouraging,
faithful “shepherd” for Sarah
and their children.Press

This is us.
• We love beauty and spend our days making it more accessible to more people.
• We want to invite every person in America to visit our farm in their lifetime to enjoy the
beauty of summer in a flower field.
• We are family-owned and operated and emphasize family-first priorities for our crew.
• Parenting our kids is our biggest adventure so far.
• We want to live our lives for God’s glory.
• We grew up in the Southeast, but are making the magical PNW our home.
• We grow almost 100,000 dahlias at our 20-acre farm in Western Washington state.
• We love to watch plants, people, relationships, and opportunities grow.
• We are a husband and wife team who has built Triple Wren Farms from the ground up with
no outside investors or formal farming training.
• As married business partners, we know the importance of working to our strengths and
staying in our lanes.
• We are an enneagram 7 happily married to an enneagram 3…and learning daily how to
encourage each other to be ourselves.
• We are outgoing and value friendliness as a hallmark of our family.
• We are huge planners and goal-setters, and we operate our business with a strategic,
aggressive growth mindset.
• Both of us are just as comfortable in front of a crowd as we are hustling to make things
happen behind the scenes.
• We are insatiably curious.
Let’s team up!
