New Surgical Mask Policy
There is a new mask policy in place effective October 5th that in-
cludes wearing surgical masks for appointments. If you have the
ability to wear your own surgical mask to the apt that is preferred
however we do have masks on hand that you will be able to use.

We are currently booking appointments out through December and
January! If you are due for an appointment or would like to be seen
in the next 2-3 months please call us soon to schedule. We want to
accommodate your schedule the best we can. You may be asked to
schedule an esophagram or “lap band check” prior to your appoint-
ment if you are due for one. These are generally scheduled on
Thursday mornings. Please call 317-621-2500 to get scheduled.

Omega-3’s: Nature’s Brain Food

                                                                          trition. You have most likely
                                                                          heard that omega-3’s are
                                                                          good for you but maybe do
                                                                          not know why. Omega-3’s
                                                                          are good for the whole body
                                                                          but especially good for our
                                                                          brains. Omega-3’s, DHA in
                                                                          particular, is actually found
                                                                          on the nerve endings of our
                                                                          brain. Studies have shown

   In a pint size mason jar combine coconut milk, rolled
 oats, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract,                            3.2 grams

                                                                          Walnuts, 1/4 cup
 Mix until completely combined.
 Put lid on and store in refrigerator for 8 hours or over-                          2.3 grams

 Stir and add a little more milk for consistency and warm
