TESTIMONIALS & CASE STUDIES
Michelle Gould, Associate Director, Flint Insurance
What did NIG do?
We approached NIG to support with a Strategy planning session for our management team in order to seek a clear,
strong, competitive and cohesive vision for our business. They were able to source a fantastic trainer who listened,
worked with each member of the management team and produced a bespoke and interactive strategy session
as a result.
How did it work for my business?
This worked really well, helping us identify a clear and bold direction for the business, our people and our aims.
How did this improve my business?
I feel as a management team we are all working to common goals, with clearer strategy and more cohesion.
A clear Direction has been set of where the business is heading and we have defined roles of how to support the
company’s overall vision.

NIG FIRST – BESPOKE TRAINING

TESTIMONIALS & CASE STUDIES
Andrew Brock, Business Development Director, Caleb Roberts Insurance
What did NIG do?
We requested bespoke training from NIG for our sales team in order to increase motivation, seek increased sales, train my
team leaders and sales staff to have strong and competitive conversations with clients, and negotiate to win business.
NIG set me up with the trainer who was experienced, knowledgeable, professional and delivered great sessions.
How did it work for my business?
NIG listened to our requirements, after a few open discussions the trainer worked with my team, heard our queries
and produced a bespoke and interactive training session.
How did this improve my business?
We have seen a 11% growth in GWP across the commercial business following the sales training activity that
took place at our offices. This has been driven by a combination of increased cover at renewal through a better
understanding of customer needs and increased new business conversions due to deeper relationships. From small
quick wins to more longer term strategic successes, the tips, support and training that was provided has most definitely
had a positive impact on our business, our ability to win clients and maximise our position in the market.
