Vicenza is located in Italy’s Veneto region. A town with a population of 110,000 people. Vicenza is a
lovely town to visit with a beautiful town center and attractive villas and viewpoints in the hills a
short distance away. We’ve chosen this specific area for 7 nights because from there, it is easy to
visit the North of Italy on your own
or by taking excursions to Venice,
Verona, Padova etc. To learn more

Montecatini Terme is located in the
Tuscany region and is the biggest
spa-town in Italy. A 9-night stay is
perfect for travelers who want to see
the city’s amenities and to take short
trips to the nearby cities such as
Lucca, Florence, Pisa, or Siena… all
easily reachable by bus or by train (2
train stations: “Montecatini Terme-
Monsummano” and “Montecatini
Centro”). Also the spas, the golf clubs, the funicular, markets, theatres, many restaurants and night
clubs contribute in making this a wonderful vacation experience. Concerts, fairs, ballrooms, art
exhibitions and festivals attract both the locals (21 000 inhabitants) and the tourists. To learn more

Rome, the Eternal City has so much to offer: monuments, museums, excursions to the north or

Itinerary
October 3rd (according to flight itinerary ) CANADA DEPARTURE
Canada departure. Please register at the airport’s airline counter at least (3) hours prior to
departure time. (Please refer to your electronic tickets for the names of the airport and airline
counter). Please register your luggage directly to VENICE (maximum one luggage of 23 kg per
person).
October 4th VENICE-VICENZA
After a connecting flight within Europe, arrival at Venice Marco Polo Airport. On your way to the
exit, look for the Exotik Journeys sign and follow the indications to the bus.
Upon arrival you will meet Johanne and Don who will give you the keys to your room. Rest of the
day at leisure.
Accommodation: Vicenza Tiepolo 4*, for 7 nights with daily breakfast
Group transfers are planned as below (according to your flight arrival time):
From Venice Airport to Vicenza city on Oct 4th
Arrival oct 4 in VCE at 10: 50 - 11 15 - 14:30 - 1710
Depart oct 23 from FCO at 06;30 or 10:20
Note: above are the scheduled transfers for our participants arriving on our group allotment.
Should you book other flights from another Canadian city, please make sure to arrive at Venice
Marco Polo Airport (VCE) before the above times in order to get the same Group transfers. If you
arrive in between these times, you will have to wait for the next group arrival to obtain the above
scheduled transfers.
October 4th to October 10th VICENZA
Daily American buffet breakfast included. Stay at leisure.
Johanne and Don will be on site to assist and organize optional excursions to Venice, Pad ova,
Verona, the Garda Lake area, etc.

October 11th VICENZA- MONTECATINI TERME
After breakfast, group transfer from Vicenza to Montecatini Terme. Upon arrival you will receive
your keys. Rest of the day at leisure
Accommodation: Parma & Oriente 4*, for 9 nights with daily breakfast
October 11th to October 19th MONTECATINI TERME
Daily American buffet breakfast included. Stay at leisure
Johanne and Don will be on site to assist and organize optional excursions to Florence, Sie na, Pisa,
Chianti vineyards, etc.
October 20th MONTECATINI TERME_- ROME
After breakfast, group transfer from Montecatini Terme to Rome. Upon arrival you will receive
your keys. Rest of the day at leisure.
Accommodation: Hotel Milton Roma 4* for 3 nights with daily breakfast.
October 21rd and 22nd ROME
Daily American buffet breakfast included. Stay at leisure.
Johanne and Don will be on site to assist and organize optional excursions in the Eternal city.
October 23rd ROME - CANADA
Group departure transfer to Rome Fiumicino airport.

Inclusions
Flights from Canada in our group allotment space, all group transfers for arrival, departure and
between hotels, Accommodation for 19 nights: 7 nights Vicenza 4* hotel, 9 nights Tuscany 4* hotel
and 3 nights Rome 4* hotel, daily breakfast and air taxes.
Not included in the itinerary
Lunches, dinners, beverages (water, coffee at night tea, soda, etc)
Gratuities to drivers, guides, tour leaders and local representatives, optional excursions, travel
insurance, the Italy touristic tax, payable at the hotel’s front desk
(approx. 44 € - total for the whole stay per person), the seat selection and all other items not
mentioned in the present itinerary or vouchers.
Note –The hotel category are rated according to the European standards.
Seat selection note: The promotional rate does not permit advance seat selection because it is part
of a Group (special fare). At time of ticketing, a little more than a month prior departure, Exotik
Journeys will notify the airline which passengers are travelling together in an effort to have them
seated together. We can guarantee the seat onboard but not the seating (seat number).There are no
exceptions to the seating rules allowed with this promotion and Exotik Journeys cannot be held
responsible if passengers do not get their preferred seat. Thank you for your understanding.
Johanne Dion and Don Belford are not tour guides, they will be on location to organize
optional excursions for those who wish to add visits to their long stay.
Exotik will provide an excursion calendar (available in September) in order for you to
plan your budget and excursions. This calendar will
include a description of each optional excursion and the
rate to be paid by credit card in $ CAD at destination. This
calendar will be also be found in your travel documents, 2
to 3 weeks prior to departure.

Parma E Oriente Montecatini – Tuscany
Located on a semi pedestrian street in the center of Montecatini Terme, just 150 m from the main
thermal buildings and magnificent parks, and 400 m from the funicular to Montecatini Alto, the
hotel was built in 1922.

around the region.
