OCBA 2021-2022 LEGAL AID BOARD OF TRUSTEES (2 seats available)
Michael Andriano
It is my sincere hope to have the opportunity to serve the Orange County le-
gal community as a member of the Orange County Bar Association's Execu-
tive Council and to continue my service on the Board of Trustee's for the Le-
gal Aid Society. My objectives are straightforward - diversity in perspective,
ideas, and action. My diverse background, personality, and life experiences
make me an ideal candidate to further the mission of the Orange County Bar
Association, specifically, to enhance the delivery of and access to quality le-
gal services and to provide for a diverse and inclusive bar.
Public service is extremely important to me, as exhibited by my current and
past positions serving Florida's judiciary, and my dedication to serving the
legal community through the Orange County Bar Association and The Flori-
da Bar at large. I had the pleasure to assist with planning two of the Bar's big-
gest events, the 2020 Law Day 5k and the 13th Annual Breakfast of Champi-
ons, both with the specific goal of raising awareness and funds to help our
needy citizens. I would be honored to continue bringing new ideas and new
ways of continuing the Bar's great work during these challenging times. Hope
and faith have guided me throughout my life and I will bring these virtues to
the table to help stay the course.
I take great pride in my follow-up and follow-through. I humbly ask for your
support in your vote.

Kimberly Hosley
I am running to be re-elected to my seat on the Legal Aid Board. I’ve
served as a pro bono guardian ad litem for 15 years and was awarded the
Legal Aid New Attorney Award of Excellence early on for my commit-
ment to pro bono service. I adopted three children out of the foster care
system who came into my life as a result of my pro bono service. Past
President Bill Davis first appointed me to the Board for a one-year term
and thereafter I ran to be elected to continue my Board service. I was
asked to serve as an officer of the Board not long after and was honored
to be elected to serve in each of the officer positions, including President
of the Board. But I’m not done giving back yet! The Bylaws permit ten
years of service and I’d like to continue to serve out those ten years by
being re-elected one last time because Legal Aid work, along with my
work on behalf of women lawyers as President of the Florida Association
for Women Lawyers, are my true passions. I’d love the opportunity to
continue to serve and would appreciate your vote! Thank you.OCBA 2021-2022 LEGAL AID BOARD OF TRUSTEES (2 seats available)
Terry Sanks
I am Terry Sanks and I am asking for your support to continue serving
as a Trustee Member to the Legal Aid Society (“LAS”) of the Orange
County Bar (“OCBA”). Though I have been a member of the OCBA
for over 22 years, I ask that you consider my demonstrated commitment
to giving back as the reason to vote for me. My parents first instilled
the idea of philanthropy by encouraging my younger brothers and I to
provide yard service, at no charge, to elderly neighbors. In college, I
joined an organization that delivered clothing, food and books to people
residing in rundown and dilapidated homes in rural Macon County, AL.
After serving in the Air Force, I had a job in law school where I assisted
my supervising attorney on legal aid cases. Upon graduating law school
and moving to Orlando, I became a Guardian ad Litem with the LAS.
Though there are many others, another example of my charitable activi-
ties includes serving on the board, including as President, of Catholic
Charities of Central Florida. For me, giving back isn't done out of obli-
gation, but rather it is the right thing to do, and it feels good doing so!You can also read
