Celebrating A Proud History of 15 Years of Parker
Since 2006, 33 individuals have been honored by Parker Youth & Sports Foundation as outstanding
athletes and leaders in the sports and athletic traditions of the Yakima Valley. For these 15 years, our
board of directors has selected annual honorees, hosted a Legends Banquet (except during this year’s
pandemic), and provided athletic activities to celebrate the contributions of those being honored. We
are extremely proud to provide a full listing of all honorees in this edition of the High Hopes News.
These individuals have received local, state, national and for some, international recognition in their
sport as a player, coach or administrator of athletic programs. Take a walk down memory lane with us, to
recall these remarkable individuals who brought recognition to their organization and to our Valley.
